Description of Experience: Had lower back pain, sciatic pain in both legs, arms go numb, stiff neck and foot pain. Dr. Allen Rydberg took a couple of xrays and took in depth notes on my pains and expectations. THe next apt. he showed me the problems and laid out a plan on exactly how many appts it would take to fix everything. He is on the Healthpartners list so i only had to pay per visit co-payments. Did two appts/week for a month then one /week for a month then one every two weeks. His adjustments are holding up as long as i do the stretching exercises he gave me. Most of the pain is all gone. i also took a package of five deep tissue massages to help things along($275) and are worth it. now i just go in when pain doesnt go away. Planters faciitis ---put me on a foot roller which is working out.....my pediatrist just gave me custom arch supports with no exercises. also reccomended graston treatments for feet --worked great! very pleased with everything.

I have been a patient of Doctor Rydberg for over fifteen years on and off. About two weeks ago had to go to a local "urgent care" (someone needs to provide them with the dictionary definitions of both words) for what turned out to be a groin strain. The experience there was a two hour long waste of time with an incompetent dispassionate unfeeling group of so called professionals who only added insult to my injuries. Then I recalled that Doctor Rydberg had a few years back worked on several issues which had become chronic pain..back legs shoulder.. After much time and effort and teaching regarding treatment of these issues I left much the better for it. Last week I called him again..after just twenty minutes of massage and adjustments and more suggestions as to how to treat and correct my current problems I went home feeling 100% better. I highly recommend Doctor Rydberg as someone who knows what hes about and cares what you are about.

I wrote a great review but somehow only my picture got uploaded so here we go again. I have been seeing Dr. Rydberg for about 13 years. He is awesome and here is why I say so. I have had 4 major surgeries, broke my leg along with a bad sprain. Now that is not counting the fact that I have degenerative disc disease and some herniated ones too. This wonderful doctor has gotten me out of wheel chair and taught me, yes taught me how to stay out of it. We have to do the suggestions he gives us and then it works because we work. I now walk on my own. I still have pain but I go see him and magic happens. Ill be 70 this year so aches and pains come with that and he has been adamant about how important it is to take care of ourselves. Dr. Rydberg is very kind, compassionate man and he really cares. Once he told me, " if I could he would work for free I would do it", I know he would.

I absolutely LOVE this Doctor. I went in with several issues. He was THOROUGH in examining and explaining every single concern and addressed each one professionally with empathy and understanding that each patient is unique! Hes experienced over 20 years. I had to stop my treatment plan because I moved to another county, since then NO other Chiropractor can even come remotely close to providing such an amazing and comforting chiropractic experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this doctor to woman and men of all ages with ANY concern. Dr.Rydberg I miss you! -T.Monaco

I have been to many chiropractors over the years and Dr. Rydberg is the best one I have found. What impressed me was the time he took to explain what was causing my pain, how he could help me and even how I could prevent it from coming back. He was not a whack-em crack-em chiropractor whos only interest was how many times he could get me back in his office. In just a few treatments I had the most relief Ive had in 10 years. Jordan

My daughter has been going to him for years, and always has great results. They have the friendliest people!! Dr. Rydberg is so caring and makes you feel like a friend or even family. I LOVE Dr. Alan Rydberg and staff! He doesnt order up X rays or try to run up your bill to pad his pockets. He is a man of integrity and is a wonderful chiropractor. He listens patiently, does a great adjustment and goes above and beyond for his patients. His office is not close to my house but he is worth driving farther to go to someone I trust!

I have no problem recommending someone to see Dr Rydberg. And I have several times. He is honest and compassionate. And doesnt have you coming back needlessly for months. I am so glad I found him. He is great and he insists that his staff carries through with his high standards. They are great people also.

I have been going to his clinic for a very long time. He is very compassionate, understanding and overall a great guy! Always up to the challenge to try new things. I have had many issues over the years and ever time leaving I always feel better then when I came. Highly recommend his services :)

Dr. Rydberg takes time to feel what is going on with your spine to see what is going on before he adjusts you. He listens to what your symptoms are and I have had relief of pain. He recommends exercises and stretches that you can do outside of treatment in the office for long term gain.
