Hello world, So, I want to start off by saying that this is 100% an honest review. I was not paid or told to do so. I took it upon my self to take the time to write this review for a several reasons. First, I want to say that the office is small and super clean which I loved the most. Second, Doctors and staff provide good customer service in one area and lack in others. For example, my first appointment was at 7pm just for a routine check up. I didnt get home until almost 10pm and there was only one person in front of me. I waited that night as if the office was full and had several people in front of me which that was not the case at all. I made a follow up appointment the following week at 2pm which they messed up my appointment a couple times and had to reschedule, SUPER inconvenient. But the real reason why I give them a 3 star is because after waiting 40 mins to be called in on the second appointment, another patient walks into the office and states he also has a 2 oclock appointment and sits down for less then five mins and the patient is called in. I was so mad but decided to wait. I waited until 4:30 and I had to leave to attend my evening class. Not only did I lost my whole afternoon, they never called me to apologize for this inconveniences. The only way I would recommend this dental office is if you dont have a life and are willing to spend your whole entire day with them. They literally book several people for the same time. They are very inconsiderate of peoples time. Other then that, I dont know how I feel about returning back to this office.

I want to start off by saying that the staff and Dr are all nice and very informative. The first time I came to this office for a cleaning I waited maybe 10 minutes. Second time I came for fillings and waited about the same. The third time I came 10 minutes early and waited an hour before they even called me back. The only person to apologize was the Dr. As a dental assistant, I know that things happen and you fall behind. But an hour is a little extreme. I figured it only happens every once in a while and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I recently came with my friend. Again, came 10 minutes early and yet again waited another 45 minutes until after the appointment time before they called her back. They called a patient in after her and she left before they went into the room with my friend. Frustrating. Other than that, the office was clean for the most part. There was something in the sink trap when I went to rinse out the last time I was here which was a little gross. Not sure if Ill be coming back here for my six month cleaning.

It is certainly the best place I could find for my dental treatment, staff very friendly, cordial and that really understands your needs, thanks to Yermi (reception) and Dr. Pinto. 100% recommended. Sin duda es el mejor lugar que pude encontrar para mi tratamiento dental, personal muy amable , cordial y que realmente entiende tus necesidades, gracias a Yermi (recepcion) y la Dra. I have been terrified since the last time I went for a root canal at a different dentist office !Just the word dentist made me upset and anxious ! My last experience was so bad I refused to ever see a dentist again! Thankfully I found Dr dental in Clifton! I swear I will be loyal to this dentist office for the rest of my life! Ever since my first visit the dentist and the rest of the staff made me feel good, not a bit of anxiety! They really like the patient to always feel comfortable! I recently went in for another root canal and it was the best experience of my life! Not to mention I wasnt anxious! The root canal was painless and quick I almost couldnt believe it! I would give them 100 starts if I could! I so far have recommended them to about five people because thats how great they are!

Ive been searching for the right dentist for years. Ive disliked so many that I just have up on going until recently. Dr.Dental has completely changed my opinion on dentists. Its the best one Ive been to and Im honestly so pleased with my expierence. The people there are so professional and they try their best to satisfy your needs. They are affordable and well organized. The receptionist working there set up an appointment for me and helped me with my payment plan in less than 10 minutes. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr.Dental because Ive never felt more confident about my teeth!

Im a new patient, well relatively new. And I must say I am very satisfied with this office! They are always on top of everything and they have many reminders for appointments which I love. My appointments are a week or two later and I get emails and text reminding me a few days beforehand so I dont miss it. Also, they are fast and the dentist work is flawless, getting me in and out quick. Dentist/staff explains exactly what she is doing before starting anything. Im very happy with them and would recommend them to family and friends any day! :)

I was able to be seen within 2 days of calling for an appointment. I waited for a short time in the waiting room. I believe I was also the last patient for the evening. The technician who took my x-rays was efficient and quick. The dentist was extremely informative and made herself available to me to answer my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with the demeanor of all the staff and look forward to continuing to receive my dental care needs from Dr Dental.

Great place, my first time there, very friendly staff, very clean, the dentist herself did my cleaning instead of letting her assistant do it, shes the only dentist in my history of going to the dentist, who explained to me the truth about my teeth and did her best to help me. They are a little expensive but they offer a nice payment plan to those without insurance. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Fast service, very thorough, bi-lingual, offers evening appointments and affordable. Fits my needs perfectly right now! The Dentist was very nice and efficient, she answered all my questions. This isnt the place for you if you want a lavishly distracted experience; meaning there are no flat screen tvs/headphones just a standard chair in the treatment area. Overall Im very happy with my cleaning and plan to go back in 6mts.

Thanks for Dr. Pinto For the excelente job. I have to says that Dr. Pinto is a young person that you can trust. The place is very clean and have a professional look. I get my tooth cleaning and X-ray. I get a pofesional treatment. I appreciate that she pointed out some cavity that needs some attention and make vigilance. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I going to be back soon to have my cavity done!

It was good experience, very clean , good environment , we had an emergency and we were in very fast. The only thing was after i paid what i was told, the front desk said that they will charge me more because the procedure wasnt easy as the expected. The question is if it was easier are they going to reduce the price? Anyway the overall service is very very good, the over charge was worthy
