Dr. Jane and Dr. Yelena are both absolutely great. I went to Dr. Jane for a medical issue and she was wonderful at explaining EVERYTHING from what the problem was, to why, to how to care for it, and follow-up visits. I later returned to this practice for regular prescriptions and testing which happened to be with Dr. Yelena. She is so sweet and charming, even as her last patient of the day and very patient with me when it came to testing my eye sight. ALSO! Diana, the frame specialist was so great. I gave her the most obscure details for what i was looking for in new frames and she was all about it! I felt like I walked out with a new friend. If you cant tell by my novel, I am very happy as a patient of this practice and would recommend it to anyone looking for great eye care. BONUS - They have great hours for people who work 9-5. Much like any other doctors offices, the receptionists are not so accommodating and come off as uninterested, but I have worked as a receptionist myself, so I guess I get it.

Worst place ever went in to get an exam and new glasses. They kept asking for medical insurance information when I have excellent eye insurance. Then doctor comes into the room without having looked at me yet saying I needed several visits and part would need to go through my medical insurance. I declined said I only wanted eye exam and new glasses. The doctor kept pushing and pushing finally telling me I will give you the codes you can try to get it approved. I dont want it approved. I want an exam only. Had to walk out the doctor wouldnt stop pushing these services down my throat. I have been getting glasses for 35 years and never have I been told it would take more than one visit without the doctor even looking at me. Horrible service!!!!

I Called to set up an appointment and spoke to Katie. She was very knowledgeable and a delight to speak to. She also set me up for an eye examination appointment within a week which I believe was very quick. There was also no holding time as well. They seem to really take care of those who call and visit. Setting up the appointment took not even three minutes. Thank you Katie and Marlboro Family Eye . I will make sure to refer anyone who is looking for such a professional Optometry practice with an amazing staff. Again thank you.

I would like to highly recommend Marlboro Family Eye Care. I was there today. It was also my first time seeing an eye doctor. Dr. Yelena Maryams was extremely professional, friendly and compassionate. She really took her time to explain every step of assessment to me. The entire process from the registration at the front desk to the choice of the frames (My first glasses ever) went smooth and flawless. I cant wait to go back there to pick up my new glasses. I am definitely staying with this group. Best experience ever!!!

High level of professionalism of a Doctor Jane and her stuff. As an MD my work required using multiple vision approaches without changing my glasses: look at a patient from some distance, then evaluate the patient closer, come back to computer to review an electronic chart, and write some prescriptions or do some notes writing for them. Now with a help of specially designed lenses called "workplace" I can achieve all these tasks just wearing only one set of glasses. Perfect job! Jane and stuff,- I admire all of you!

Dr. Jane Kutsowsky is the best! I have never, in all of my 47 years, seen as clearly as I do now. And my vision is not easy, it has defeated many. But with skill, knowledge, and patience she stuck with it and got it right. Also, I have never stepped into a more beautiful and glamorous facility. I felt like cinderella. As an added bonus she has been readily available to handle all of my worrisome follow-up questions. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my vision care.

Im a first time customer in Marlboro Family care. I had my vision checked and needed glasses. I picked out my frame with one of the girls who helped me which was very friendly. The office manager who is responsible to give me all information on the prices and my copays after my insurance coverage never bothered to do so and never followed up with me. She is very rude and unfriendly person who only turns customers away. I will never go back there again.

Excellent Eye Doctor. Ive never had such a thorough eye examination. They really care and it shows. Everyone here is very insync from the receptionist all the way up to the doctors, they all play a very important role in making the organization run like fine oiled machine. I strongly recommend that you go here for your eye care needs.

The doctor is wonderful, experienced, thorough, and caring. The office team is organized as well as nice. This is not a false review. I was there last week for the first time and I was shocked to find a well organized office. I didnt have to wait long either. I hope they stay her for a long time.

I called 3! times trying to schedule an appointment. They DO NOT pick up a phone, there is only answering machine! I left 3 messages and no one ever get back to me! Needles to say I scheduled appointment somewhere else ...
