Theyre now called Monmouth Medical Center, but youll get the same awful service as before. To be fair, Dr. Gross is a very good doctor but he cant keep a schedule and no one in the office can be bothered to let you know, even if you ask, that hes running late. The front desk staff has always gone out of their way to ignore everyone coming into the office and theyre unfriendly--to put it mildly--if you ask about where to sign in, or about your appointment time, or anything else. They blame the doctor for running late, and the office manager blames the assistants for not letting you know that Dr. Gross is running behind schedule... I dont know who is at fault, but after four years of long waits and condescending front desk staff, its not worth the aggravation anymore. Youll get very good medical care if you actually get to see Dr. Gross, but good luck with the long waits and the distant, nasty front desk staff.

Been coming here for years and cannot recall having issues in the past. However, I came in at 9 in the morning today as a walk-in. Despite there being less than 5 cars in the parking lot (if that many), and about 3 people in the waiting room, I was told the only time they had was 1:15 in the afternoon. I made said appointment and ever arrived 20 minutes early. I am writing this review as I sit here waiting (it is now 1:54 in the afternoon). I tried to politely ask 2 receptionists roughly how long the doctor was behind and was told that they were both working on something and didnt bother any sort of information. I am not happy with this and will most likely go through the trouble of finding a new place.

If I could give 1/2 star I would. This is absolutely one of the worst practices Ive been to. Unfortunately I do like my cardiologist but its still not worth the hours upon hours of waiting. Not once but every single time I come here. Except a 2 hour wait. Dont bother asking the miserable front desk help either. Theyll look at you like you have two heads them tell you they dont know how long it will be. Try calling there! What a joke. Nobody ever answers. You get bounced from voicemail to voicemail. Theres always an issue with referrals. Its a nightmare. Id recommend finding a different Doctor as I am doing right now.

Normally love it here. Tonight not so much. We got here before 6 and just got taken in at almost 8. There were only a few other people here. Receptionist have an attitude and added some huffs when we tried to schedule an appt for a different night. She then came through loved at us and shut the tv off. Wth... so rude. So we sat for another hour bored. We all know ya dont dare touch the tv...lol...Ill still come here because my primary is here, but so sad to have such rudeness. She said it was a long day. Yeah for me too. I get up at 5 a.m.and teach all day. I get it, but Im not rude.

I called to get an appt for my wrist to get checked out for a sprain or break and asked if they had an X-ray in house. They made me appt and said they did. After waiting for an hour and a half with my two toddlers, the dr told me I needed an X-ray but the tech wasnt in today? I wouldnt have gone there or waited so long if I knew the tech wasnt in. That was the whole reason I went there. So I wouldnt have to wait somewhere else with my kids. The receptionist knew I was there for that too and said nothing! Never going back there again!

I like Spetko and the Nurse (forgetting her name) - if i didnt i would leave. My last Dr at this place left and no one told me while I was on a controlled med. There is NO communication at all with test results. I got an MRI 3 weeks ago - no call yet. And the wait is true as everyone mentioned, but I think the Drs do give quality time which contributes. I dont think the staff is rude. But something needs to change in administration.

My mother is 80 years old and needs her pills and this place is so un-attentive to her needs its unbelievable! The pharmacist faxes requests over and over to try to full her prescriptions and always no reply. I have to call every time to make them fill it , I will be seeking for a new doctor because this place doesnt care at all
