I have divided my comments into the respective departments: (1) Medical: 4 stars. Because most of their patients are Medicaid, Fidelis, etc, long wait times are expected. However, they are courteous and will always (and honestly) tell you the wait times.The physicians and PAs are courteous, friendly and helpful. They may not all be "top" doctors, but they will spend the time to discuss any issues you have, and just make you "feel good" about the experience! Referral department gets high marks. (2) Dental department: 5 stars. Excellent service and care! (3) Specialty (Podiatry, Ophthalmology): 5 stars. Excellent service and care. Appointments can usually be scheduled quite promptly.

I went there for an allergy test i didnt bring a referral because i didnt know i need one but the person who was on front desk in specialty omg she was so helpful she went out of her way to help me for i can get my appointment done i end up changing my pcp to here there was another lady she personally take me to the pcp for he can check me up fast super fast and then took me to get rdy to my appointment and even i have some lab work done right there. The stuff was so helpful i really like this place environment is so clean. ty

Very poor experiences here will be moving to a new provider. Disorganized, rushed, not very clean and packed. The ease of being able to see different healthcare providers in one building is what kept me here but its not worth the frustration. Overall very very poor service. Please avoid this place if possible.

Disgusting! Gross! Un organized ! DO NOT COME HERE oh and long waits so if you think waiting in the er is long its just as bad here. Doctors and staff dont care about you ! Get ur act together monsey Medical center ... Ur building is gross and should be torn down !!!! I will never ever ever come here again

This place needs a Refuah. The waiting room is very small and always crowded. And I did a whole lot of waiting. Usually the Dr. runs an hour late, and once even two hours. Imagine doing that with restless crying babies and coughing patients. Now Im using Refuah Health Center, and what a difference!

The absolute worst place for patient care. Total disregard for patients needs. The incompetence of the management and leadership is mind boggling. They have their priorities all screwed up. Theyre busy with stupidities like asthetics while they let the important things like patient care slide.

I have had wonderful quick treatment by their proffesional team of pediatricians for all of my children. In addition, forms to be filled out for my family and they were returned in a timely manner.

I am using the Dental department and I am very happy, no long wait, when you have an emergency they care for you, and the Dentist is making a excellent nice job. Would definitely recommend it.

Never, ever go there.I have seen things you wouldnt wanna see there.... they treat the workers there terribly... and the conditions are bad. I deffinitly recomend Refuah Health Center on Rte 45
