DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR DR. KALAIE. I normally do not write reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel that I need to share my experience regarding dental 365. I went to get three wisdom teeth pulled. My bottom right, top left, and bottom left. I had complications on all three. It started with my bottom right- they LEFT A PIECE OF MY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH. i was in pain for about three weeks thinking, hey it just might be it healing, the pain will go away. When i went in for a cleaning i brought it up to the hygienist (very nice person and a good hygienist) and she told me that they left a piece of my tooth and she would have to get another dentist to take it out. I dont remember his name but i know it was Dr. M. He took the piece out and showed it to me and said he is very sorry about this. A week later i had to go back in because of an intolerable pain on my bottom left of my mouth. For some reason my bone started coming out of my gums from removing my wisdom tooth. They told me they have to grind down the bone. I had to go in 3 different times just for this one problem. A week after they did that procedure, the top left of my mouth started to hurt. till this day they cant figure out what happened. They offered me my money back which is around $700 but i cant hold them liable for any future problems I may have and that I am terminating my relationship with dental 365 and that I have to keep everything that happened confidential; I declined. Dont trust this place and especially Dr. Kalaie. Also dont trust all these great reviews and this 4.8 star rating. The only way they get to keep it is by making sure that whoever is going to give them a bad review ( i.e. ME) they try and buy me out. The moral of the story, please be careful of who you have work on your mouth dont trust this place for pulling out your wisdom teeth, be smart unlike me and go to an oral surgeon.

From the first phone call, to the walk on the way out, this has been the best experience Ive ever had with a dental practice. I called about an hour before my appointment expecting to see them later in the week, but they were super accommodating and said I could come in immediately. When I arrived, the girl at the front desk was on the phone but still manged to silently greet me with a smile and a wave. I saw the doctor about 5 minutes later and she was equal parts professional and friendly. Im not so great about getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months, so when I do get around to it, its normally a painful experience. This time however, it was easy, fast, and comfortable. My dentist also recommended a night guard as a remedy to my teeth grinding problems. I told her I was interested but it took my prior dentist too long to figure out the specifics with my provider. She politely asked me to wait, went to the girl at the front desk, and assured me that Id have an answer before I left. They delivered, and I got fitted for a guard. The other thing I think is important to mention is how extremely clean this place is. Between the pristine workplace, enthusiastic and friendly staff, and top notch organizational skills from administration, its hard to believe these guys have maintained their high standards this long - but they have, and my bet is theyll continue to do so. I highly recommend a visit to anyone!!

They will get you in quick if need be but they want all payments up front wont work with you if you dont have payments on top of that I went there and they make you apply for a credit place that will cover your dental needs but they charge you interest they dont do payment plans they dont consider that people dont have hundreds of dollars just laying around then if you dont go back there and find another dentist that will work with you they constantly call you to have you to come in because they are money hungry and just starting up very unprofessional I work for a hospital and we never turn someone away if they dont have payment I just feel lien because of their policies if you can find a dentist that isnt all about the money your better going to them I hope they change because they have potential to be a really good practice

As a staff member of CityMD of Lynbrook, we have always had the pleasure of them working inside of our Lynbrook Office. Now, that they branched off, they have such a bigger space to work with. Always SO clean & ALWAYS so pleasant. I am the BIGGEST BABY when it comes to any dental issue or even dentists. DrWilson & DrKalai are seriously TOP notch. They are super accommodating, super nice & all around great people. They make sure that you are okay & they NEVER go through any dental work without thoroughly explaining it to you first. I hear a lot of horror stories about dental practices, but not Dental 365. They are always so great & thats why I keep coming back. Past two years, Ive had 3 root canals down, all crowned. So believe me, I know what pain is. But, thank you DENTAL365 for helping me out & making me feel comfy! #YOUGUYSROCK

I went to 365 Dental for an emergency. But even after they helped me with that I choose to go back for continued care. They are kind professional and the facilities are spotless. It so happens that the same dental work I need, my coworker needs also and she was saying that the price I was paying is way higher that hers. Turns out that that had hidden fees and her price is the same as mine. Also she is nowhere near as happy with the care she is getting. I highly recommend this facility. Dental work is never fun, but it helps when the people are nice and the place is clean and the staff is knowledgeable

This office is modern and clean. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are caring, gentle, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They actually CARE about how you feel about their work. Too many times, offices in this line of business are mainly focused on their bottom line, which oftentimes leaves the patient feeling neglected. NOT at Dental 365! The staff is highly cohesive, like a family would be. They didnt seem to mind going out of their way to ensure you leave as a satisfied, happy customer. Dr. Gohari is magnificent, and I will definitely be back!

I came here twice.. The first time i came here the dentist that helped me was the most unbelievably beautiful girl I have ever seen in my entire life.. Seeing her face made my tooth pain melt away.. She has the most gorgeous lips i have ever seen.. She was so friendly and considerate to my needs and genuinely cared about minimizing my pain.. I wish i remember her name but Im sure youll know who she is if you see her.. If she had five kids i would take care of them just to be with her.. I give this place five stars for hottest dentist ever and my tooth pain is gone!
