THANK YOU Dr. Laura for doing such a great job. I took my 3 year old in for a routine check-up and the professional staff at New Wave Dentistry made me and my daughter feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as we walked into the door. Dr. Laura found three cavities in my daughters mouth, and instead of making me come back for another visit to fill them, she was able to save me tons of time by completing the procedure during that same-day office visit. I have to admit, I was pretty worried about how my little girl would take the procedure, and she did start to cry as soon as Dr. Laura started to work on her mouth, but just moments later, as the television which was bolted to the ceiling above, switched channels to her favorite Nick Jr. Program, my daughter was more intrigued by what was happening in Doras life versus what Dr. Laura was doing in her mouth. Ive been to dental practices in the past who churned out customers as quickly as they could to make as much money as they could. However, this place was different. I didnt feel rushed out the door nor did I feel like I was being pushed into purchasing other products. After the procedure was completed, Dr. Laura took at least 15 minutes to talk to me about what I can do at home to avoid more cavities, and she even discussed how to make coming to future dental appointment a positive experience for my daughter. The good-doctor is not the only amazing person on staff, her assistant, Alekki, is patient, sweet and goes out of her way to keep kids who are in the chair, and even those in the waiting room, happy. I saw her take care of a baby while his parents were in the consultation room with their older child. What a great practice and I would highly recommend this practice anyone who is looking for a state-of-the art facility with a down-to-earth staff. (They even have Ipads for kids to play with...) My son is seven years old and hes autistic. He does not like the dentist or any type of doctor. The entire staff and the doctors are a God send. Theyre patient and very understanding. I would recommend these pediatric dentists to any parent! Especially those who have children with special needs.

We love Dr. Romey and staff!!! Absolutely the best customer service from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out the door!! Dr. Romey takes his time to explain everything he does. Never feel rushed and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I would highly recommend New Wave!!!!

Dr Romey is the NICEST man, he is warm, and genuinely cares about your childs smile. He is a perfectionist and I trust him 100% and recommend him to anybody who is looking for an orthodontist! The staff is also amazing! Love them all
