I have been a patient of Dr. Waldron for over 10 years. Over the years, I have found that every staff member that I have personally dealt with, from Dr. Waldron to the receptionist, to be kind, courteous, and amazingly attentive. Whenever I have needed a procedure, Dr. Waldron has always taken the time to explain exactly what is going on, it terms that were easily understood, and then present me with more than one option of care. He never seems rushed, and always takes as much time as I need to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. He is extremely gentle, patient, and understanding. He is also wonderful with my 9 yr old daughter as well. Going to the dentist can be terrifying for a child and he put her right at ease. Jess, one of the Dental Hygienists, was also great with my daughter. She really made teeth cleaning a fun experience. I find the office staff to be extremely friendly and very efficient. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Waldron or either of the Dental Hygienists. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment, they have always fit me right in with no problems. Whenever I have had to reschedule an appointment, they have always been understanding. They have even called to check on me after certain procedures to see how I am feeling!! I think it would be extremely difficult to find a practice that could compete with their level of service. They do a fantastic job of making you feel like a friend…not a patient. I cannot say enough about them and I highly recommend their services!

Since my long time family Dentist retired 2 years ago I needed a new dentist, Ive been going to Dr Waldrons office for over a year now and very happy I found him. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. All the staff from the front desk to the clinical help is always very pleasant and caring. Ive had lots of work done like crowns, root canals, and fillings and each time I felt better afterwards and he worked with me financially by helping me figure out my insurance reimbursements. One evening I had experienced extreme pain in one of my teeth. The next morning I showed up unannounced at their office at 8AM. they fit me in and Dr Waldron treated me to relieve the pain. I highly recommend Dr Waldron and his office for all your dental needs.

Got the Zoom Whitening almost a year ago and my teeth still look fabulous!! I was pleased with the way I was explained everything and the service I received. I even got to take home a kit to keep up the care of my teeth which was awesome! I also use Dr. Waldron for my dental needs and have not been disappointed. This office I love because everyone is friendly, the service is great and theres never any issues! Its fairly small, mostly everybody knows me even though I dont go too often so thats nice when calling or walking in they greet me and its a comfortable environment. Its a great dentist office I recommend going to!
