So fair my experience with the doctor was ok. But the help like the ones who answer phones at his office and the scheduler and the one who calls to remind people of there appointments are the rudest persons I have ever talked too. they never answer there phone and hearing them answer HELLO WITH A VERY ANGRY TONE IN THEIR VOICE SEEM TO ME THEY DONT LIKE THERE """"JOB""""" I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE THE NURSE PRACTIONER COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION. I am not they only one who thinks like this I was talking with some of the patient who agreed with me so if you dont want to lose more patient please clean up the mess you have in your office thank you.

What I hate about this place is when they give u an appointment and a time and you get here on time and they start helping you 2hrs later. Main desk nurses are rude they act like they dont wanna be here. Its more the wait in the waiting room then when the doctor sees you 5 10 at least 20 minutes and your out. Ive seen Dr.Alapati just killing time staring at god knows what for a long time instead of helping her patients but dont get me wrong I like her shes always friendly. This place needs order and they need to be more friendly if they want more patients to come.

They make you wait more than 45 mins to tell you that you are not going to be seen. I spoke with front desk girl named Maribel, she was very rude and unapologetic, ultimately blaming the patient for an expired auth. Every specialist office verifies an auth before scheduling the appointment since patients are sometimes just given a phone # to call. Frankly #1 star is way too much for the service provided in this office.
