I just had a Horrible Experience with this Dr. First he basically tells me Im to poor to afford the proper/indisputable testing I requested, then {unrelated} he tells me "B-12 comes from plants" and as a vegetarian I have no reason to be concerend about B-12 ( for the record b-12 comes from bacteria found in rain water and soil) Most americans get their B-12 from animal products (dont take my word for it, look it up yourself, search licensed medical Drs on the subject). Being a vegitarian I have good reason to be concerned with those levels. When it came to the issue of a second opinion / further testing, I had to be very insistent and tell him I dont care about the cost when it comes to something that could affect me for the rest of my life. He finally requests the lab work/ Gives me a slip (barely filled out with more than my name) to go to a lab and set it up myself.. In all fairness, it was the end of the day and Im sure he was tired and wanted to go home but F that, this is my life, Thats why you make the big bucks. You dont walk out on your patients, ever. I deserve 15 minutes, if not more with my Dr. no matter what my insurance pays. He ends the visit by telling me " He doesnt want to Argue with me and walks out as Im saying "I dont want to argue, that just not what Ive found myself" AKA you are dead wrong in the nicest way possible.. Then throws out " I went to medical school, I know"... even though he was unequivocally wrong on the subject of B-12. I recorded the whole interaction on my smart phone so Im not confused or remembering wrong the details of the conversation. I feel he got so flustered because he made a silly mistake after I requested a second opinion for a different subject and maybe he was a little embarrassed and didnt want to correct himself but thats no excuse. I am person in-need of health care and I feel I was treated negatively when looking for help. Im really disappointed but I already have a new Dr set up for later this week. Im sure hes a fine Dr. if you want some one to do the bare minimum but if you need an advocate for your health you may want to look somewhere else..

This place is a joke , unorganized and unprofessional, made me wait an hour just to tell me they cant see me and to get out.and I had an appointment bs Not the receptionist fault , it was obvious she was doing like 3 peoples job , but they should have more help there. Dont put me in the middle of your problems with insurance companies while I waited issues that should have already been resolved were just being addressed. And have some respect for peoples time. Unless I told them that I was getting tired of waiting they had no issue with me sitting there all day.
