I was happy With Dr. Tamadon but today at 7 weeks pregnant I called at 4pm when they close at 5pm with a problem of bleeding. And the response of the girl who answered was my doctor was not in till the 27th of Sept. and the doctor that is in is completely booked till the end of day and they couldnt do anything for me anyway. Why oh why did I choose you to be my main doctor office? Yes if you pass the phone to a nurse or even the doctor and they advise me to head to the ER I will. But I am new to this and I am completely dissapointed I get this from my main doctors office. I called after hours and they sent me to ER thats okay at least I got some direction on what to do other than they cant do anything for me. Will never ever return again. I will make sure to call when my doctor is back and let her know about this and how she lost two patients. They need to have their receptionist trained to answer better than they cant do a thing for me.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! the staff is so unprofecional. the nurse who called me to reschedule an appoiment with a nurse practicioners. ( not even my doctor because he is not available until 2 months from now) hung up on me , the patient, the customer , because the first date to reschedule she gave me didnt work for me!!! why does she hang up on me the customer??!!! no ethics, no respect!! im changing doctors and office and hope no one visits them until they treat paitents with respect,. very rude staff..
