I cant recommend her highly enough! She has been my personal doctor for 8 years now for myself and my husband. She is patient and kind and really listens to what you are saying. She helped my husband when he was trying to get our insurance to pay for his Nexium, after he tried the six recommended prescriptions in its place, by giving him samples for 3 years every quarter until we got a new prescription that worked. I have never had her be rude to me or get the diagnosis wrong. When we havent had success, she keeps working at the problem. She sets aside part of each day for seeing people who are sick that day - all you have to do is call in first thing in the morning. She has made me feel that my husband and I are special patients to her, and I think that is amazing in this day.

Anne Ford is an excellent Doctor. She will listen to me and answer all my questions, as well as explain what is going on with me. Ive found this to be a consistant with most of the St Jude Heritiage staff and Drs.
