I am switching to a different doctor first thing tomorrow. Ive had too many problems with this office. ...specifically with receptionists. They are nice, they will apologize for their mistakes but they make WAY too many mistakes. And every single time it costs you time, effort and frustration. I have only seen dr. beshay 4 or 5 times and here are the issues Ive had with the incompetent receptionist in those few visits. 1. They only once successfully reached me to let me know that my referral was authorized. Other times, they either said they tried (my phone is always on and a voicemail box set up), or they forgot, or I had to call them to find out whats going on after a few weeks. Oh, even one time I was told I got authorized, I called the specialist and they had no idea, so I called them back and they told me "the new girl" made a mistake. 2. They had a "miscommunication" by the referral manager, and she referred me to a wrong specialist. I had to wait even longer for the right specialist. 3. And the last one is I went into the office (fasting for 12 hours) for a full blood work, and full std test. The girl came in "tried to" take blood, took her a good 10 mins to fill 2 tubes. She couldnt find the vein once, then she accidentally pulled the needle. I mean, its all good really, she may be new, I was totally fine with it, I even told her "its totally fine, take your time" She was a nice girl. But it doesnt get any better. She knew I wanted blood work, and std test. So she filled 2 tubes and urine, too. Then the doctor came in. I told him what I wanted too. He knew. After all done, I stepped outside my room and we had a little chit chat about my tests and stuff with every single person in the office hearing and listening since its a small office. So EVERYBODY, DEFINITELY knew I was there for a full blood work and full std test. 10 days later, I still havent got a call so I called them. The receptionist first told me they havent got my results back. I asked her if she was sure its been 10 days. She excused herself to go check again, she comes back and voila results have been back. BUT! dr. beshay hasnt reviewed them yet. 10 days! It was a friday so I asked her if he could review them real quick and consult me, I am curious about my results and it should take him a couple minutes max. She says, she doesnt think so and the doctor is busy. Fine. Can you ask him to review them the next day (he is in on saturdays)? She says no, he doesnt review results on saturdays. FINE! How about monday. Yeah we will call you on monday. No call on monday! So I call them 10 min before they close. This time they tell me that the results for my blood work havent come in. I remind them the conversation I had with them on friday. Doesnt change anything. She asks me to call them the next day if the results still arent there (after 14 days! what difference will 1 day make?!), they will call the lab. So I call them the next day, and BOOM! "We are sorry, there has been a miscommunication, we havent sent requested a bloodwork for you." Waste of time and energy. Receptionists are incredibly incompetent. So much that one could make funny sitcom out of them. Learn from my experience, and find yourself another doctor.

Dr. Beshay used to be a great doctor and his staff was wonderful as well. My family has been seeing him for many many years, even after my father passed away under Dr. Beshays "care." Over the years, Beshay has gone off of his rocker and his staff is terrible. He doesnt genuinely care about anything, he doesnt read his patient charts, his nurses dont always take blood pressure correctly, prescriptions and prescription refills are HELL with this office, and when I needed a referral to a certain OBGYN because Im pregnant, he wrote "STAT" on my referral and his offices excuse for not getting it done for three days was "Well, there are more important referrals for other patients we have to get to." when a referral literally takes two seconds to do. Once they finally did the referral, THEY REFERRED ME TO THE WRONG DOCTOR. I had to call my insurance and fix it myself. Its rare if they answer your calls and even more rare if they return calls. This has become a horrible office, I am so truly disappointed. I will be finding a new Family Practitioner once my baby is born because I dont trust this office or this doctor with my child.

Yes I would agree the girls at the front are absolutely negligent of there job it was such a hassle dealing with this place everytime I went in for the vivitrol the nurse had to try 2 and 3 times with the needle . This happened more than once . I got so sick of going in there due to horrible energy and terrible customer service I mean literally if that were my place you guys would have been fired yesterday I mean your driving good business away with your presumida attitudes and low iq. Instead of worrying about how to have your next baby with your wanna be ganster boyfriends. Hey Isaac get rid of these girls infront what are they family they are very comfortable I would change that Im telling everybody your place is terrible service and its true Im willing to talk . The absolutely criminal dentist office thats connect to your office is gonna go down to .. And Im exposing terrible liars in the medical industry .cure the cause stop treating the symptoms with endless drugs ..!!!!

Really poor office staff. No follow through on what you ask or what they promise will be the taken care of. I have asked these people to complete a referral process three times. Still no call backs and 3 weeks later still hasnt been taken care of. This is after calling them myself two previous times. They dont know what they are doing. Have talked to at least four different people at this office. They are not big on customer service. Waiting room has dirty old furniture that looks like it came from a garage sale. Stains all over seats. Dr. Beshay walks in without knowing anything from my chart. Had to ask him to go get it. Then still have to explain what was done before. I asked Dr. Beshay if he was interested in my complaints. He said yes. Then he got defensive and was very very unprofessional. He realized it after and apologized, but his true character shines bright. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Will be changing Dr. ASAP.

This office never does anything its expected to do. It needs an office manager to follow up on all calls and all other office employees calls and reception of calls. Every time I have been in here it has never done everything it has said its going to do. If you are getting an amputation make sure you write on the leg that you want amputated or they will amputate the good leg. I am offering my services as office manager of this office I will follow up on every other office employees work and make sure that they follow up on what they are supposed to or they will be fired. I will not need to have this job long and if you are looking for a job as an office employee I will have a file with people waiting in line for these jobs that are already screened. If you have one of these jobs I suggest you start doing it because there are going to be people standing in line to work for this doctor.
