If you have their membership DO NOT COME HERE. Management is unresponsive and makes you jump through hoops to get things done. Right now, I am not using my membership. So I put it on a freeze, I wanted to extent my freeze until I went back to school, so just another month. I do not live near the Eastvale location anymore. I emailed the freeze and sent a follow up email as well, NO RESPONSE. My credit card was charged! I have tried to have my account transferred over to the Riverside location more than once and they keep telling me that unless I want to cancel my membership I am unable to do that. Any real help, I get from the Riverside location. Dr. Madi is detailed during his sessions and genuinely cares for your improvement. This location is just a joke. Poor customer service. Their doctors are ehhh. Like I said, if you have this membership DO NOT SIGN UP with the Eastvale location they wont release your account to go to any other location. As for the Riverside location, thank you for helping me with this hassle. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

Mr Boeman or Bowman cant call this guy a Dr. This guy is the worst chiropractor ever and just made me feel worse. I cant believe they let this guy work on patients with back problems. He is by far a complete joke. What ever you do dont use this guy. He body slams you and all you feel is pain after. Zero Relife and sends you on your way. Avoid this location at all cost. Unreal that he is actually working on people that are in pain. Worst experience I ever had at the Joint.

After only buying a 2 months program and attending for 2 months I thought I was done with it even the receptionist told me I was done and I wouldnt be charge anymore. They continued to charge my credit card even though I didnt continue going. I personally went to talk about it and the receptionist told me that I couldnt get my money back. Now Im $118 dollars out and all she had to say was "too bad". Thats how the joint treats their military clients with service related injuries.

Everyone is very very kind and nice my only issue is that the doctor didnt spend enough time with you as far as adjustments are concerned he does two kinds and done only spent five minutes and done in and out so thats was my only issue with this doctor
