Be careful if you are being treated by Dr. Spunt because he will charge you for services he never provided and since it is going to be his word against yours, youre basically screwed but Im looking into my options to fix issue. My boyfriend and I were involved in a pretty serious auto accident in March of 2011 and we started seeing Dr. Spunt for treatment and we loved him. He seemed like a very honest man and made us feel very comfortable with him. Fast forward to August 2012 when we receive our treatment bills and he had charged us for muscle stimulation for every visit from March 2011 until August 2012 when he only did them for the first 3 weeks. Mind you, we went in 2-3 times a week, that is more than 700 dollars. My boyfriends situation is also the same. So if you do decide to be treated by him make sure you write down, in detail, what is done on what date and if possible take a witness every time. I did and hes still denying it, Im currently speaking with an attorney on what option to take. Im also upset at the amount of people Ive recommended there basing it on his honesty, so I have warned them to not go any longer. So be careful!!!
