Overall very good experience here. The only feedback I would give would be in the area of staff training in communication. I did not know that I would have to pay $300 at the time of service since I was informed the fee for the CT would be part of the overall fee. At checkout, I was informed that my copay was $300 but this was incorrect. I should have been informed that my insurance only (minimally) covers implants under specific circumstances and that none of the visit was covered. Then I should have been told the total fee, the discount (Thank you for that by the way) and then that the fee for the CT was $300 and payable that day. Also, I was erroneously informed that because I had not used my Care Credit account in a few years it had been "inactivated" and I had to reapply. This was an assumption on the part of the manager that was simply incorrect. The staff simply had to go through another channel to confirm the account. I will admit that this part of the experience could have been avoided had I had the card with me in the first place. Nonetheless, staff education in these matters would help. Thank you for an overall pleasant and professional experience.

This is by far the best dental experience in my life. When I walked in I received a warm welcoming by Jessica. As soon as I finished my new patient paperwork, I got called in for x-rays. My x-ray tech (Idalid) was very nice and extremely gentle while taking my x-rays. The grand finale was to be seen and taken care of by Dr.John. I rate him the best Dentist in the WORLD ! He is very gentle and confident of his diagnosis and the treatment he performes, the guy know exactly what he is doing. To add to all of that, the office is definitely a state of the art facility. They have amazing equipment such as Cerec Machine to do same day crowns, high quality Intra Oral Cameras that capture the smallest details inside your mouth to allow you to see exactly whats going, Digital X-rays and Digital Panoramic X-ray machine, I mean you name it and they have it. I didnt just place my own oral health in their hands but I also took my mother and father for a visit. I work for a large dental corporation and if I choose to drive over an hour and go to Inland Dental Group, its not just because.

This AM , I had a crown come off. At 9am, I called Inland Dental (My regular dental office). By 11 am, Dr john and his great staff got it fixed in a short period of time. I use to go to this office when Dr Patel owned it. When he left, i wasnt looking forward to searching for a new dentist. I am glad that Dr Patel introduced me to Dr John Tchaboukian aka Dr John! He is very user-friendly , helpful but most importantly , he is an excellent detail-oriented dentist. The office staff is exceptional, friendly.....a family so to speak! My wife and I have been going to see Dr John since he and his staff took over and have never been disappointed.

I have a horrible fear of going to the dentist and probably cancelled my appointment for a filling four times. I called to cancel yet again but Jessica talked to me and encouraged me to come. She was so very sweet and understanding and assured me that Dr. John has a very light touch and she guaranteed that I would not regret it. She actually moved my appointment up to the next morning so I didnt have as much time to worry. I am SO glad I followed through and took her suggestion. I even scheduled another appointment for my next procedure. Every person Ive dealt with at Inland Dental Group has been top notch and very nice and professional.

This dentist office is very clean and the staff are very friendly. They always know me by name, even though I only see them twice a year. Very impressive. On my last visit, I had my toddler with me, and to help keep him entertained during my cleaning, the dental hygienist asked him to be her "big helper" and he got to hold the suction tube for her. He really enjoyed the visit. Also, Dr. "T" is very skilled at his practice and is not heavy handed. It helps take the fear of visiting a dentist go away. Again, very nice dental group to belong to and very glad I found them.

I can honestly say that Dr. Tchaboukian is one of the best most professional, caring, empathetic, honest, detailed D.D.S. Staff are friendly surely an amazing team, curtiouse ,considerate and helpful they will go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Its hard to trust anybody with your most precious assets if you want the best treatment and a honest, detailed explanation of your treatment plan with great options "Inland dental group" is the best place to be.

Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, approachable and thorough. I have sensitive teeth and actually develop migraines from the stress of being worked on. Im so afraid, based on past experience, that theyll hit a nerve. Delighted to report that this office takes extra initiative to ensure comfort, checking in frequently to make sure Im not experiencing pain or discomfort. This crew performs admirably as a coordinated, professional team.

Dr John is the best dentist I have ever been to. He truely cares about his clients and you could just feel that he simply loves what he does for a living. He fitted a bridge for me many many years ago and i had to find him - to fix my front teeth just recently and i just love them too. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is by far one of the nicest dental offices I have ever been to, with an exceptional staff. Everyone in the office is pleasant and easy to deal with and the front office staff clearly explains charges. Dr. John takes the time to explain procedures and I appreciate his eye for detail and perfectionism. He and the rest of the staff truly care about their patients.

The staff is very accomodating and personable. The office was very clean and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. As for Dr. John, he was very clear and honest about my appointment. Id suggest a visit here if you want to be in the hands of both a doctor and staff who really care about your smile and well being.

Hygienist LeAnn was WONDERFUL! She was patient and gentle with my daughter and took time to explain everything to my daughter and answer all of my questions.
