I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hsieh while at the farmers market in San Ramon. He recognized immediately that I was in pain from the way that I was walking. I explained my back pain, and that it had been an ongoing issue for me for the past several years. He offered me a free appointment. I accepted his offer with some hesitation due to several unsatisfactory experiences that I had with several different chiropractors in the past. I am so glad that I did! He relieved my back pain and symptoms after just one visit. I have since been making regular visits to his office and have not had a reoccurrence of major back pain since. I owe my improved pain-free life to Dr. Hsieh. Prior to meeting him, I would typically have some kind of major back pain episode that would often leave me literally unable to walk for days. I am also very grateful for the general overall state of well being I feel as a result of the chiropractic care he has given me. I sleep better and just feel better in general. I have come to realize that my back and spine issues did not just result in back pain, but a decreased state of well being in general. Dr. Jerry and his staff took the time to conduct a thorough assessment of my back and spine, using both x rays and scans. When I visit his office, he does not just crack my back. Each visit involves a scan of my spine and his care is very targeted and specific. Dr. Hsieh is kind and personable, and so is his staff. I got a great feeling from the first time I walked into his office. There is a feeling of positive energy and genuine caring from Dr. Hsieh and all of his staff. Even his dog! I am a teacher and have experienced financial difficulty. Dr. Hsieh has worked with me even when I did not think I could afford to continue seeing him. When I told him that I had to discontinue care due to finances, he did everything to make sure I could still receive regular care so that I would not lose the progress we had made with my health, and risk having me relapse into the back issues I suffered from for so many years prior. Dr. Hsieh has changed my life in a huge way. I know that I am not alone. His office walls are covered in testimonials from other patients who have experienced the miracle of his hands and work. More amazing than the number of people he has helped, is the variety of different issues he has treated. The pride and care he takes in his work is obvious and he has a gift that can’t be explained but needs to be experienced in order to fully appreciate.

Hrm. Not sure who Terri is, but she mustve reviewed the wrong Chiropractic business. Ive been seeing Intero Chiropractic since the day it opened. It is definitely not a money grab. It is definitely money well spent. My experience: 1. Go in for an assessment and xrays - there is a cost to this as per normal in the business. They go out of the way to let you know how much the initial costs are. 2. Schedule a plan to resolve structural issues. Again, costs are very transparent and up front. 3. Follow the plan Ive been seeing Dr. Jerry and have had significant improvement with Achilles tendinitis, neck, and lower back pain. He was even able to point out problems I was having without me even telling him (digestive issues, skin issues, and migraines). My wife started to come along as well as she saw the improvement in my health, and she is also experiencing significant improvement with her back. What separates Dr. Jerry from a typical chiropractic center is he focuses on the core of the issue at hand by relieving nerve pressure so your body can function and heal itself from the inside out. Results are plenty - just see the testimonials and Facebook page. This approach is a planned approach to get you well in a set amount of visits, unlike some places where they want to keep you coming (which sounds more like a money grab to me). He even has a monthly dinner with the Doctor where he pays for dinner and presents what he does. Sign up if you want to meet and get to know him and the business. Still not convinced that this is not a money grab? They are willing to accept health insurance if your insurance covers chiropractic care (as long as they can work with the insurance provider). Terri - if youre reading this, please go back and sign up for a plan. I did, and I am pretty sure its one of the best decisions Ive made.

I started going to Doctor Jerry about 4 months now. Long ago I had a very bad back accident, then a few falls from the stairs and 3 kids later. I had low back pain, my hips would hurt a lot and I couldnt carry my 4 year old for too long without being in a lot of pain. I had low energy and I was very irritable because I was tired and the caffeine drink that I took in the morning was a must. Also at the time I started going to Doc Jerry I was in treatment of iron infusion for severe anemia as a consequence of heavy and long periods and doctors wanted me to take hormones to control it but I was hopping to found something else that could help without taking hormones. We heard about Intero and decide to come. After only 2 months of started in treatment, I dont need the energy drink anymore. I have a lot of more energy, even if I dont sleep enough hours! I feel great! My hips are normal and I can walk with my 4 year old without having to stop on the middle of the store and sit on the floor because I cant walk anymore ( yay!). My low back pain has improved so much!!!! The best part? My period!!!! I have a normal period without taking tons of Advil I dont even need to take any more. Only a girl could understand this part because it makes a HUGE difference in my life. Its a life changing. My joints would constantly hurt. Not anymore!!!! I tell every person that I meet because I am a huge believer of chiropractor now!! I dont need to take anything strange to feel better or pain killers for constant back pain, headaches, cramps, ETC anymore!!! I totally recommend Intero Chiropractors Office. Gina Sena San Ramon

Ive been going to this place since March of this year. Running into them was a blessing for me. I have a very bad Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. Im a very active person and nothing will ever stop me from doing anything and everything I want including arthritis. Been suffering from full body pain for awhile and doctors are just pushing meds on me each and every time. I did mention that I ran into them... I had a very bad night and decided to skip an early morning gym and went at 10am instead. They were at 24hrs fitness gym in and I was skeptic to talk to them at first but I did. Ive been off meds 4wks into treatment just because I dont want to take it anymore. I did that on my own without doctors approval or Dr. Jerrys approval. I figured, what the heck... If it doesnt work, Ill go back to it again. Dr. Jerry is the 3rd chiropractor Ive seen in my life. First one just adjusted me, the 2nd one does not want to touch me due to my Atlas shifting. He said, he doesnt want to take chances on hurting me even more. I appreciated his honesty and thats when I found Intero Chiroprator. I was specific about everything and they Dr. Jerry is very aware and knowledgeable. I still have aches and pains but its not as bad as it was. And the icing on the cake for me... Im still off my meds. I highly recommended Dr. Jerry to my friends and family. Now, my boyfriend goes to him as well and he has some back issues. Chiropractor is not for everyone but its working for me and my family.
