The worst doctor office I ever been to, I been with doctor olivares for one year and never got to see her, I only got to see her assistant and my husband only got to see her assistant too, she gave him a serious diagnostic and send him to the lab and is been a month and a half and she havent call him with the results and he is been calling and the staff always tell him doctor havent read the results yet and when she does she will call him. and when you are in need of a doctor you have to go to urgent care because they dont have any space to see you. Were changing doctors and never going back to this one. everybody is very rude...hate this office. If you are thinking on going here RUN THE OTHER WAY

I will never return to Dr. Gisella Olivares office again....changing to a new doctor.. the front desk is not doing a very good job at answering phone calls..nor do they return your calls...everytime I did get through to the receptionist, I was put on hold for 7 mins, and again for 8 mins.. they are very rude...All I wanted was my test results and when I got through YVETTE acted like I was bothering her. Her reasoning for not calling me with my results was because they were normal so WE DONT NEED TO CALL YOU...after I left four messages regarding my results.. she was very unprofessional!! that was my first and last experience I will have at that office.. very disappointed, Francine Rodriguez

Dr Olivares is very nice doctor. However the staff is a whole other story. The receptionists are extremely unprofessional!!! Youre forever on hold, theyre super rude and you cant get an appointment to save your life! I hated it so I switched back to my original Doctor whos awesome! Even though its a bit further the staff is great and I get in within reason. Sorry Doctor Olivares youre good Doctor but the office is run like a boot camp. I couldnt get in for an appointment with you for weeks and your staff needs to be replaced. Its hurting your business.

Horrible front desk. Who ever Bridgette is, needs to be fired, shes rude to patients/customers. Bridgette has no personality and really needs a life lesson on how to treat people. But I guess thats what you get when you get a degree from a commercial you see during daytime T.V. On the plus side, Dr. Olivares is actually a great physician and very nice.....that is after you wait for an hour past your scheduled appointment time. Getting any help by phone is impossible, especially when youre told to leave a message and never get calls returned.

She is an incredible doctor. I love her. She takes her time with her patients and listens to their needs. My kids enjoy seeing her. I dont enjoy waiting to see a doctor, but she is worth the wait.

A great doctor if you want someone who has no availability, makes you wait over an hour past your appointment time to be seen, and will never provide you with the results of your medical tests.
