I had a very poor interaction with Dr. Justin Tremblay. My fiance had scheduled a first time visit with their Groupon promotion and had to cancel on her way to the appointment because of car troubles. When I spoke with her, she was not only upset about the car but for missing the appointment, since Hebron Chiropractic told her they wouldnt reschedule or reimburse the payment. Not believing that to be right, I called the facility myself and talked with Dr. Justin Tremblay. I tried to explain to him the situation and if there was anything he could do in the case of extenuating circumstances such as this. He said there was no way he would reschedule an appointment he was already losing money on and to speak to Groupon about a refund and to take my business elsewhere. I am not kidding here. I couldnt believe it. Groupon promotions are a way to attract new people to your business. If you cant afford to take the financial hit, dont blame the customer and dont offer the promotion! In my anger and knowing there would be no business relations with him going forward, I called him a foul word(it rhymes with glass pole). He then asked me to come down to the clinic and say it to his face. This isnt an exaggeration, the chiropractor challenged me to come to his place of business to settle a grievance. Unbelievable. I declined the offer. He then asked me how old my fiance was and if shes an adult, told me she should be handling her own business. He then asked me what I did for a living and laughed in my face and hung up the phone when I told him Im a full time student. So that was my experience with Dr. Justin Tremblay and the Hebron Chiropractic Center. I think I will take his advice about taking my business elsewhere. Connecticut isnt short on options in this field.

My diet is cleaner because of the programs and supplements we offer, my fitness routine has strengthened with better form, and I have MUCH more range of motion and less migraines because of my chiropractic care. I saw Dr. Tremblay for an evaluation while I was pregnant. Though he was unable to help me at the time he gave me information about what would be the best way to meet my needs safely. He and his staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I look forward to working with them in the future.
