Do not go here. This place is a scam and the doctor incompetent. I wish I had read reviews before going. 1. Upon arrival, I was required to sign a form charging me an undisclosed amount of money to my credit card at an undisclosed time in the future. I was told this was non negotiable. This is insane. 2. I went for ONE REASON ONLY and thats the one thing dr trowers didnt do. I went to have a mole check because my primary care had been concerned about some things she saw. ---Dr Andrea Trowers was very quick and looked me over very hastily as if she was in a hurry. She did not look at me thoroughly at all. And I had to REQUEST she look at parts of my body covered by clothing. Even then she acted like it was an inconvenience to her and did not check thoroughly at all. I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE A FAMILY HISTORY OF SKIN CANCER AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED PROPERLY MANY TIMES BY OTHER DOCTORS. 3. All she did was pressure me into buying very expensive beauty products and creams I did not need from their office. I now have to go see another dermatologist to do a proper skin check and I am out the money that I was charged from dr trowers. I will be reporting this place to BBB and other review sites. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Fui a la consulta de la doctora porque tengo varios rush en distintas partes el cuerpo. Quería saber la causa de los mismos. Ella me dijo que era una simple alergia que no podria determinar por que me daba eso. Solo me mando una crema y ya. 3 meses despues sigo con los rush, sin saber lo que es y con $150 menos que fue lo que me costo la consulta. Un medico amigo de la familia me dijo que por la apariencia puede ser un hongo, que no parece alergia. Asi que sigo con la misma incertidumbre que tenia antes de ir a a consulta.

Half gassed help from the "Doctor" and her air headed staff, this place is a joke, overly expensive and barely pay any attention to you as a patient, i went with two problems and they stuck me on an insane regiment of medications that i could not even start because of the pricing of the "medicine". knowing i do not have insurance the office visit was 75 dollars, she saw me for all of 7 minutes so that is nearly 100 dollars for a 7 minute talk and trust me it was barely a talk as she is constantly going 2,000mph and it is tough to keep up. she prescribed 4 separate medications to me which i thought was a little much but here is the kicker the one medicine out of the bunch that i truly truly truly needed is 780 dollars, so needless to say i have not been able to even start the treatment i desperately need after telling her that i am a college student with no excess money to be able to spend, so she sends me 1,000 dollars worth of treatments, good job doctor heartless i guess ill just have to continue suffering.

I went to Dr. Trowers for fillers and botox. Dr. Trowers took time to understand what results I was looking for and explained what could realistically be achieved and why. She was very exacting when doing the injections to achieve the results I wanted and worked to minimize bruising. I did get some bruising but make-up covered it up very well. In 2 to 3 days I looked 10 years younger. Marionette lines, creases and drooping jowls were either erased or much less noticable. My lower lip had shrunk and she plumped that up for me and it looks totally natural. Shes an artist at this and I would highly recommend her. She also put me on a regimen that totally cured my middle age hormone related acne. Her staff is efficient and friendly. Her assistant massaged my arm while I was undergoing the injections which was a nice distraction. Best dermatologist Ive ever been to!

If I could give her no stars I would. The first thing that happens at this doctors office is they make you sign a form giving them your credit card number. Even before you meet the doctor. Then you have to wait an hour to see her. Apparently there was an issue with my insurance, and instead of sending me a bill or letting me know anything about any type of issue, they deducted money from checking account. When I called, the rude receptionist told me it wasnt their fault if my insurance company didnt cover something and that the insurance company was responsible for letting me know I owed Dr. Trowers money, not them. Also, they try to sell you their products and place you on a "skin care" regiment, with the sole purpose of upping their billing!! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! They DO NOT work with patients!!!!

I love Dr. Trowers! I went to her for several years and I miss her. Her staff gave the best facials. I always did micro and extractions because I suffer from acne. Dr. Trowers has a good bedside manner and I always felt like she cared because she would go over several treatment options with me. Most other Dermatologist met with you for 1 second because dont care about acne. Trowers also did my Botox for hyperhydrosis. Amazing results! Its the only thing that works for me. Fantastic doctor and friendly staff! Highly recommended!

While the receptionist and assistant were pleasant, DR. ANDREA TROWERS, was unwelcoming and rude! She was belittling to me as I asked questions about my childs treatment after she examined him for all of 5 minutes! Im not sure where the other reviewers visited, but it definitely was not the office on 108/Biscayne. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend Dr. Trowers, you probably can go to UM for better service!

Horrible customer service !!!! The receptionist are stuck up. First dermatologists office that Ive been too that requires credit card on file. I scheduled appointment and was not informed I needed a credit card. I told the receptionist and she says well we sent a email. Are you kidding me! I have insurance and I know my co pay. Why do I have to have a credit card on file

Dr. Trowers and her staff are amazing. They have shown a "team" effort to take care of me and my daughter. Meaning, you call and get an actual person and not a machine and they are all in the same page. She has a passion for what she does and that is what you need from a doctor. She definitely helped me with me skin issues. Highly recommended.

Dr. Trowers is the most amazing dermatologist. She is thorough and to the point and the office is run efficiently. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Trowers saw my one year old daughter and the attention and care we got from her is unlike any doctor I have seen in the past few years. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Trowers is amazing! I highly recommend her and her amazing staff. She treated all my ailments and even took care of me when my insurance failed to do so. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and very thoughtful.
