Tras haber realizado el tratamiento de coolsclupting con el encomiable e inolvidable cariño de Maria Elena Ferrer a la cual van otorgadas 10 estrellas y no solo 5, mi marido y yo optamos por una sesión de botox en vuestra suite 6002 creo recordar. Lo peor de esta experiencia y para nada recomendable desde luego ha sido la nula profesionalidad de la persona encargada del cobro del tratamiento botox que tenia mas prisa por marcharse porque empezaría su week end que a hacer correctamente su trabajo. A dia de hoy aun no nos ha devuelto la cantidad cobrada 2 veces por hacer mal su trabajo. En lugar de proceder a una devolución directa con la tarjeta y repetir la operación, por haber emitido según sus necesidades una factura mal documentada, resulta que me vuelve a cobrar lo correcto y aun no me devuelve lo incorrecto ( como he dicho y tal como nos ha parecido, seria viernes y tenía prisa de irse ). Pero quien es ella para jugar con mi dinero? muy lamentable. De querer arreglarlo profesionalmente a pesar de la practica poco convencional, ha tenido todo el dia de ayer lunes pero no lo ha hecho aun. Ahora mi banco me pregunta por tantos movimientos extraños y la tentación de devolver todos los recibos es grande. Pero somos personas correctas y vamos a esperar cuanto tiempo mas vais a tardar para dar arreglo a esta chapuza. Incluidos los 24 dolares de comisión (!) que la operación de cobro repetido en nuestra tarjeta ha supuesto. Por ultimo y de manera constructiva si de verdad les interesan en serio los feedbacks cabe destacar el ambiente muy informal entre las suites 6002 y las 6008. Se nota muchísimo la diferencia de profesionalidad y atención en general entre un ambiente y otro.

I work in downtown Miami and unfortunately I cannot control when the bridge goes up and down, thats just how it goes. My appointment was 5:30 and I called to let them know I was running late due to the bridge going up. The admin advised me she would only be able to hold my spot for 15 minutes, I completely understand the process. I arrive at 5:47 (thats 2 minutes for those who cannot add) after my appointment grace window. The girl who opened the door, in her most professional voice let me know the doctor had already left? Thats pretty interesting considering the fact that I called at 5:22 letting them know I was on my way. She then tells me that the operator works in a different part of the office, so obviously I asked why didnt anyone advise the doctor that Id be there shortly? One thing I do not tolerate is being lied to. Be honest and tell me that I missed my apt, not that the doctor has already left which I know isnt true. I really happen to like Maria Montado but apparently its time to look for a new place.

My experience with Dermatologist in Miami over the past 15 years has been very disappointing until now! I have had 4 appointments with Zuzel ("Susie") Gascon, A.R.N.P. and they have all been outstanding! The knowledge, communication, and professionalizm is consistent each time and it makes you feel and know that your not in a "production line"! My appointments are not double booked with other patients and I am received promptly at the appointment time. The experience in making an appointment and electronic communications is smooth and excellent. When I have a scheduling appointment that is in conflict with travel dates, Susie will find a way to meet your medical needs. The entire staff is the best I have ever experienced! I highly recommend you making an appointment if you want the best of Miami!!

Three times Dr Leyda. Bowes did not show up for our appointment. The office told us lies about why she was not in the office. The real truth for the last visit was she was delayed on a flight from Boston returning from a visit with her husband we meet her getting out of the car with a heavy over coat and she informed us of her trip. Then her office sent us a bill for her no show! We are now going to send her Our bill for the time we lost from our real estate office. Stay away. Getting all our records, time for a change. sorry.

Ive been Dr. Bowes patient for over 12 years and have had nothing short of excellent service and treatments. Dr. Bowes is on a league of her own! Shes an incredibly knowledgeable doctor but also a kind, and patient human being. She listens, takes her time and always provides excellent results and recommendations. Most recently, she provided me with insightful new information on Vitiligo treatments that are very promising. Shes an amazing doctor and I highly recommend her and her entire staff.
