The billing system is the most irritating of any doctors office in the Miami area. I ask what the bill is at the end of my visit and Im told there is no charge. Yet some time after there are small charges that come in. Today I got a small charge from two ago, dated a time when I made no visit. Thus, one is required to spend hours after the visit, verifying the charge and writing the check. Ive complained about the billing system many times and the doctor told me the billing system is what it is. I think it is easier to find a different dermatologiest

The doctor here was horrible. I honestly dont see how she practices? I went in with a conditions and she kept telling me that the itchy feeling I had shouldnt itch...well it did so how do you keep repeating yourself trying to convince me Im not experiencing the condition. Well I went to a real dermatologist and was diagnosed properly!!! She was very nasty...maybe because she was pregnant but bedside manner was disgusting!!!! Will never return but plan to take my complaint for misdiagnoses further.

Best dermatology practice on the beach. Super clean and peaceful office. Great staff, highly efficient, no surprises with billing or insurance. If you want cosmetic services theyre available. Have always been seen on time. Unlike at least one other DERM office Ive visited at 5th and Washington, they actually listen to my concerns and address them. Doc is highly personable with good chair-side manner and laughs at my jokes. Cannot recommend these gals enough!!

Great dermatologist and great staff. Always very accommodating and understanding. I have been seeing Dr. Alvarez for about 6 years now. She has completely cleared my acne which I have had since a teenager. Ive also done laser hair removal here and am very happy with my results. I have and will continue to recommended my friends and family to her and will never use another dermatologist. Shes the best!

I am happy with this dermatologist. She is very focused on details and her practice is very modern and clean. I went in and immediately felt comfortable with the doctor who was thorough with looking at my history and making sure I could get botox. I am so happy with it. I look natural and the big groves on my forehead are gone. I am young again. =)
