Do not go to chiropractic school, it will seriously ruin your life. The average student loan debt for chiro students is $160,000 (not including undergraduate debt which can be an additional $20-30k totaling $200k) while the average salary for an employee chiropractor is $38,000/year. Any chiropractor that is employed making over $38,000/yr is either in personal injury or is working 90 hours a week. Monthly payments to pay off any of the student loan principal is at least $1,000/mo with that amount of debt, which is impossible making $38,000/yr. Every chiro I know is on a payment plan which means they are not paying off the debt and in fact is it ballooning to the point where it will be $500k in 25 years, if not more. Do not let any of the schools fool you that you can make money having your own business, it is a lie. The public does not value chiropractic and insurance reimbursement is a joke. The only chiros that make money are crooks and are doing shady things. As an employee there are no benefits what so ever, no sick leave, no vacation leave, no health insurance, nothing! I have family members that make more than I do and have better benefits with a bachelors degree, it is an embarrassment. The schools and the profession should be ashamed to claim that this is a valid career choice at all. Please do yourself a favor and enter another health care field, do not make the same mistake I did.

The facility is small but cozy, its easy to make friends. I really do not have any issues with the facility, but the upper administration/co-founders of the Florida facility are old racist, money loving, bigots. If you are not white be careful, most of the nonwhite students are graded on a different scale. Watch out for Shreeve, hes the ring leader, he tries extremely hard to fit in with nonwhite students to hide his bigotry. I had enough of it so I transferred to the original Palmer. I miss the beach and hate the cold winters, but I feel that I am not judged differently. If you do go to Palmer Florida you will enjoy and learn from Dishman, but Velero can be bias towards the cute females, so watch out you men.
