It was a horrible experience for me. I am a nursing student and was referred by my school since they give us discount as nursing students. I called 3 of there facilities and confirmed that the flu shot was only $25. I dont work and depend on others, so when I finally saved enough money to get the shot, I went to the facility on 56th street and was told that it was $30. I explained to the gentleman, Jesus, that I called and I was told that indeed it was only $25. He said there was nothing he could do and I was turned away after I had confirmed over the phone that it was $25. This goes to show the type of people you would be dealing with if you decide to go to one of there facilities and apparently their staff are not trained appropriately and not everyone is on the same page. Good luck such you choose one of their clinics.

This is by far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at a clinic. Weve been waiting for an hour to take a 45 second drug test for a job, and 2 people have been called in that hour and there is no sense of urgency AT ALL. None of the staff seems to know why the wait is so long. This is ridiculous. The nurse "Carmen" is rude, unbelievably slow, and is too busy talking to the receptionist to get her job done in a timely manner (as we have now reached the hour and a half mark here and shes only called 2 people back
