An absolute disappointment! If it werent for Christy they would get a 0! When dr strobbe asked me what I wanted from him I asked him first to listen. He ended up walking out of the room with out a goodbye leaving me wondering if my appointment was over. Next I went in last minute as a walk in and although their website says to let them know if you are really ill and they will get you right in they told me they werent taking any more walk-ins even though I told them I may have to go to the hospital and I left crying my eyes out. The last straw was realizing at the last minute a typhoid vaccine might be a good thing for an out-of-country trip the next day I was taking. Although they did not have the vaccine they had a capsule equivalent although they did not have the vaccine they had a capsule equivalent but the pharmacist said she had to call in a prescription for me which was denied by Dr. Strobbe unless I scheduled a visit thereby putting my health at risk for typhoid fever which was poor planning on my part however I dont understand the need for an office visit for that. When I called the office I was told it is against policy to call any doctors and as I told the receptionist " you are all fired"

Some of the drs might be decent but the nurses and staff who handle test results, medications, patient charts etc are complete total morons and one of these days this place is going to get sued. If it wasnt for a pharmacist who noticed that out of my fathers 5 medications he takes, that 2 of them (one was suppose to be stopped and new one started for 2 different medical issues) she looked at my father at time of pick up (the pharmacist) "wait!! You cant take these 2 medications together, this would kill you!!" My father has MS, RA etc ... someone at gulf Coast forgot to take off one of the medications the Dr ordered to be stopped but added the new one all for refills... My father had a MRI 3 months ago... THEY LOST THE RESULTS!!!! So now he has to go back to have another one... I could go on but this place soon I believe will be losing there license to practice as I have now reported them to the medical board. If my father ends up at the hospital then they will be in court!!

I would give a zero but not allowed. Yeah this Doctor absolutely sucks. I saw someone on here wrote a review about the perich eye center. I too was sent there by Dr Nickolas Strobbie I kid you not I waited nearly 2.5 hours and complained several times, but since I had no where to go and knew I would never go back I waited. Then a man came out, middle aged bald very Dr Looking man. Of course I was not there for anyone specific so he said hello never said who he was at least not initially. I assumed he was the Dr. He did some very brief tests we checked out then he said oh by the way I am the physician assistant. Now it that dont beat all, nearly 3 hours to see someone who didnt finish medical school. What a scam they got going. Never again with gulf coast or Perich eye center. I preferred an American doctor but I now will see a which doctor before I would go back to these scammers.

My friend was a patient of Cristina Fisher of Gulf Coast Medical who on her last visit did not see the Dr. Fisher but was sent to the Emergency Room. She had paid $75.00 and because she did not see the doctor, was told that she would have a credit towards her next visit. Today, April 21, 2017 she went back to see Dr. Fisher and was told she had no credit and would have to pay an office call of $100!! WHAT A LINING BUNCH OF A-HOLES! I would not see this Doctor or anyone associated with Gulf Coast! If they lie to you about such a small thing as this I wonder if they would tell you the truth about your health! They just ripped off my friend and I am doing what I can to get her money back that she was promised. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for what I feel is an illegal practice! Please find someone else to see that will tell you the truth!

My daughter went there today only to be told the Doctor she was supposed to see quit on Friday and hasnt been back again. They said they needed to do a referral because that was the only Dermatologist they had that took her insurance but they were completely unapologetic. You would think they would have had the decency to call Monday to let her know so she didnt have to spend all her time and energy setting up daycare and making an effort to get there on time! Additionally, they are terribly rude to her as if she did something wrong! Save yourself the hassle and go to a real doctors office with professional staff!

Made my appointment over 2 weeks ago waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen , as I observe walk-INs being helped before me , before I left. Whats the point in having appointments if you only serve first ones there? I dont have the time to wait around hence I had a appointment . Especially when its just a mediciation refill that I dont even need to be seen for , but insist I come in. Im done with this company not the first time this has happened , but enough is enough . Front staff didnt seem to give one hoot either. Thank goodness I can change my PC to someone else

The staff at the springhill office are rude and constantly cussimg, I am a former employee and while being trained the whole staff was dropping F bombs left and right. They are short with the patients and will rush you of you are behind. Christine Fisher is very nice. The MA was bitching all day cuz he was hungover. The front desk Jenny and shannon were 5alk8ng about getting drunk. ..this is how they train new employees. ..great job.

Really doesnt deserve one star. Dr. Stronginoff(strobbe) does not care one bit about working on legitimate health issues and just likes to tell ppl its bc their fat.... What a spoiled lil rich kid that prob doesnt remember the doctors oath. Gulf Coast should fire him. Also he must be such a bad egg, the office workers are very rude or sorry, the ones we encountered were. One "bad Apple" will ruin a whole building for sure....

I was seen promptly and without incident. Dr. Strobbe addressed all of my concerns without hesitation. I had already filled out my patient information on the forms online and printed them out to have ready upon arrival so that made check in a breeze. A prescription that I needed was electronically submitted to my pharmacy, which was a surprise as it made it very convenient. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. They will go out of their way to charge you beyond what your insurance covers. They separate their bills and code them so that your insurance pays its maximum amount, and so do you. They are deceitful and only interested in your money. Avoid this place in its entirety.
