I was with centerpoint medical for over 4 1/2 years. The nurses staff and doctors gave me very good care, and I became attached to everyone there. Due to a policy change a medication I was taken was reduced so i had to seek other primary care, but I will always be thankful to joye, joyce and libby for the amazing level of care i received at centerpointe. Very personable, each taking the time to listen to my complaints, the wait times were minimal, and the patient portal (email) program was a great way to keep in touch with your doctor when you had an issue arise, they always got back in touch with me within 24 hours. I highly recommend Centerpointe or my new primary care doctor Kimberly Brooke at Wellmont medical. All seem to be outstanding doctors and nurses. Providing the best level of care I have seen. I was totally humiliated at this place !!!!!! I have never been so disrespected and made feel like a fool. They should be ashamed and Im calling my insurance company and letting them know. I hope they dont pay them. But ashamed they should be.
