In all honesty, calling this a "spa" experience is a joke. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and a facial, then called and made an appointment with the front desk. Within minutes, the therapist called to reschedule, because she doesnt work on Thursdays. Youd think the front desk would know that. I arrived for my appt 15 mins early and, was shown to the room at my exact appt time. The room was a medical setup that was freezing cold-Not relaxing. The "therapist" used plastic haiir dye gloves and literally poked at me with her fingertips (no palm contact or actual massage occurred) for 40 mins-not the hour I paid for. Then she started the facial, during which she left the room twice for quite awhile. She slapped goop all over my face, in my mouth, and up my nose. Twice, the receptionist threw the door open and told her to hurry up, because the next client was here. My entire appt, which should have taken at least 90 minutes, took about 70. Then, the "therapist" (who clearly had no actual training or license in massage or facials) told me that I needed to give the tip directly to her, so she didnt have to share it with the receptionists. As if. Absolutely the worst experience ever, regarding a "spa" treatment.

this is my first time that i bought a deal from groupon and i want to setup an appointment with their staff.. I called 6 times and and left the message and sent 1 time email to request to call me back to setup the appointment but i did not get respond back .. I dont know how the staff and costumer services over there .. I hate all these thing that when you do not provide to good customer services . Now finally i called again and the lady pick the phone and she said OOOHHH.. sorry i dont have any Appointment Till June .. Hell.. I have been trying to to setup he appointment last 2 weeks and .. and now they are telling me that they dont have any appointment till June . I am going to call back to groupon to get me refund back ....

Horrible, horrible, horrible. If you want to be treated like you dont exist and have horrendous customer service then by all means go here. Worst experience of my life. It took months to book a massage because they dont feel like working. And then when Im 2 miles away, they call to cancel me because their massage person quit. I booked the appointment months ago, so it would only make sense to call me and let me know they need to cancel. Nope, not one call, voice message or text. They were not apologetic and acted like customers were not important to them. The front desk girl needs to be replaced immediately if you ever want people to go your facility. Dont worry, Ill pass the word along.

ok so Im getting older... and yes I have wrinkles. So I decided to look up who is qualified to inject Botox. After a lot of research I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Orozco. Wow! she is so cool. she first explained what she was going to do, how it would feel before and after. She made sure I understood everything!!! Thank you and if your like me a little nervous about Botox. I would highly recommend this office... Next stop lipo!!! you have got to see the before and after pictures...b

They are excellent and very professional ... my massage therapist did a great job on the deep tissue massage. If I could put 0 stars I would. I am so glad she was finally caught and is paying for everyone that she botched. I knew something was up as soon as you walk into this place. I am happy to hear that Claudia Orozco is behind bars like the thief and con artist she truly is!!!!!

The staff and the doctor are great! The staff is always willing to adjust our appointments when needed. We have been coming for acupuncture but they offer lots of great services
