I selected Swann Medial to help me with my degenerative disc issues that had slowly grown much worse. From day one I was pleased and after 6 months of therapy I grow happier daily with my choice. Holistic approaches to health conditions have always been important to me. Both doctor’s David and O’Hara Mc Kenna care deeply about you as a whole person. I do computer work all day and the pain in my right hand and arm had gotten severe. Doctor David did Xrays of my spine and determined I was a perfect candidate for Spinal Decompression therapy. After only the first visit I felt noticeable relief and with several months of therapy, for the first time in years I am virtually pain free. Of course I will need to continue with tune ups but at least now I know who and where to go for continued help. I found a new home. Let me also just say the staff, especially Stephanie is top notch. Thank you so much!

Went in for a routine $45 adjustment. I hadnt been to the location in a while. Upon sitting down in the waiting room the receptionist tried signing me up for a yearly chiropractic membership. I told her I was not interested and only in for single visit. She went and spoke with the Doctors and returned to tell me the visit would cost $90 if I did not sign up for the program. I immediately expressed my displeasure and left. I have been to the location for over 10 adjustments and use to think very highly of this practice. It seems more and more businesses these days worried too much about the money and not about customer/patient relations...very sorry to see!

First of all the staff has a very nurturing nature about them...that goes a long way in recovering from pain. My first and following treatments were so gentle due to an auto accident and the airbag deploying. My sternum, lungs and upper back were so painful that even clearing my throat created a lot of pain. As treatment continued, my body started healing. Dr. Ohara and staff was patient when explaining things I first did not understand. Dr. OHara, Stephanie and Adam will be my choice for any continuing care I need. I thank them for the heart beat of genuinely caring.

Costumer service: stellar. Stephanie always makes me smile & feel welcome. Adam, is a great masseuse, enjoyable conversationalist, and skilled at time management. And doc OHara is endearing, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. She promotes an enjoyable environment so even the challenges are attainable. Team Savers

Some of our Savers have been in car accidents and this is the service provider we use for all our therapy. Not only are they within close proximity of one of our stores, they are also the best in the bay. This group handles all the paperwork and make sure that we quickly accomplish our therapy needed. They are so considerate of our work time frames and we highly recommend them for any company seeking professional therapy for their staff members. Thanks SM!

Very professional, friendly staff! The doctors are phenomenal. This office has many different services to offer and all the up to date equipment to suit your needs. The check in process targets exactly what your there for on any given day. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, really easy scheduling, clean office, conveniently located. They found the cause of my back pain when several other doctors couldnt find the issue. They have really helped me and they also offer massage on site. Would highly recommend!
