DO NOT go here for cosmetic services under Dr. Stern. I purchased a VIP Membership for $45 which reduced the cost of Dysport to $4/unit. The day I was there, ALREADY in the room for Dysport injection, I was notified by the staff they had an increase in cost. I explained I was a VIP member, however they REFUSED to honor the original $4 cost and TURNED ME AWAY for service if I did not pay the additional amount!!! ASIDE from the fact that the $45 was to include a "free" facial and/or massage, which they canceled on me since they had "no one to do it as the person had quit". HOW UNPROFESSIONAL - no advanced notice of an increase - NOTHING!!!

Dr. Nucci is good and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the staff that is currently handling workers comp claims dont seem to care too much and keep dropping the ball, not following up on the cases. Ive been waiting for my surgery for more than 2 years now and everytime I go for a follow up appointment it seems that theyre totally lost...for me a waste of precious time and continuous pain...but they dont care because is not their pain. Hopefully the can correct this.

Got their contact information from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Website of in network providers. I tried to make an appointment for low back pain. I was told Dr. Nucci only sees patients that have an attorney for car accidents or other injury lawsuits like slip and fall. I explained that they were "in network" on Anthems web site. The refused to see me. Seems shady that a Dr. will only see patients that are part of a pending law suit. Beware!

I miss Dr. Nuccis old staff. They were caring and took care of patients needs and requests. Dr. Nuccis new staff is leading the practice on a downward spiral. They dont do their job and they dont seem to care about the patient. Theyre incompetent. Dr. Nucci is a great doctor, but having a staff that doesnt do what theyre supposed to do will hurt his business. Im extremely dissatisfied with the new staff.

Dr. Nucci and his staff were very professional and easy to understand. He was personable and very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was typical to any doctors office. The RN Dawn Rush is very accommodating and honestly a nice person. I have yet to have my surgery, but feel confident with Dr. Nucci.
