WENT TO SEE DR. SASHA NOE, UPON ARRIVAL, I WAS REFUSED SERVICE UNLESS I PAID $101.26 FOR A DEDUCTIBLE, AND A $25 COPAY. I EXPLAINED THERE WAS NO DEDUCTIBLE, AND MY COPAY WAS $20, BUT WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY WHATEVER THEY ASKED TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I REFUSED TOPAY AND CALLED BCBS, WHO CONFIRMED I HAD NO DEDUCTIBLE AND A $20 COPAY. DOCTOR STAFF SAID I HAD TO PAY WHAT THEY ASK REGARDLESS, SO I REFUSED TO PAY ANDLEFT, AND HAVE NOW RECEIVED A $25 NO-SHOW BILL. I HAVE FILED COMPLAINT WITH BCBS, AS THIS IS FRAUD, AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN ERRONEOUSLY BILLED. I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PATIENTS ARE BILLED EXTRA AMOUNTS.

Absolutely horrible staff or receptionist. I called and scheduled an appointment for my wife 3 weeks ago (July 2016) and was giving an appointment for her for Aug 8th. Well today August the 8th my wife called to find out exactly their location and the lady on the phone didnt show her having an appointment for today. My wife really needed to be seen and this is the type of customer service we dealt with. I DO NOT recommend anyone using this.

called to set an appiontment to set up new primary care as iam new to the area and was told that I have to provide my insurance policey number before they would even let me come in, I asked if I could bring in my insurance card at the time of my appointment and was told no I had to give it before I arrived the rececptionist was not rude but her tone of voice and genral attitude was not what you should expect from a caring doctors office

Dr. Noe is an incredible physician. Shes extremely through, takes her time to listen to you and discuss your problems and concerns. She really cares for her patients and makes sure she gets them well. Dr Noe is the best doctor Ive had in my 60 years!!!!!!!!! Love her!!!!!!!

Dr. Noe is a wonderful doctor, so caring and educated. The only thing Ive ever ran into is problems with the receptionist not being on top of things. Sometimes you have to double check their work, especially when it comes to insurance. I would definitely still recommend them.

Great staff, this office generally seems to care and while the practice is obviously growing at an exception rate, they stay focused on their patients, and patients needs. Dr Noe is fantastic and goes above and beyond for every patient she has.

When I was a kid we had a Family Doctor, he knew all of us and cared about us. I though I would never find that again, I was wrong! I found Dr Sasha Noe. She and her staff are wonderful and she really cares. My wife and I just love her....
