I worked as a Front Desk Receptionist in the office on guess st in greenville and I have to say that this practice is terribly run. Patients are overbooked, booked incorrectly or just not booked at all. The receptionists, MAs, nurses and the ladies in billing are all overworked. If Your a pt and you have missed a couple of copays you will not be seen until you pay, it doesnt matter if its for med refills or if you desperately need to see the dr. You wont be seen until you pay. Lab orders are either ordered wrong or not ordered at all. I have heard a couple of nurses who have spoken about a pt while they are taking another pts vitals, its a madhouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays because thats when we have patients coming to see either the drs or the np, plus pts for lab,and patients coming in for xrays and ultrasounds. And if you think about applying for a position in this practice you should know that The manager i guess I would call her that does not know the first thing on how to run a medical office, there is also a revolving door of employees nobody stays there for very long, either they get burnt out or you have certain people or a certain receptionist who will suck up to management and throw the employees under the bus just so they dont catch on to her mistakes. Oh and if you work overtime dont think for a second that you will be paid, they will fire you before they pay you. Its a shame because this can be a wonderful practice but first they need to clean house and they should start with management and maybe then theyll figure out why they are losing so many patients and employees.

Terrible healthcare and I stress the word terrible on the word care because this place has none specifically the guess street location if you have insurance and they can profit from it thats the only thing this place shows care for Horrible attitude from employee Kelly Robertson who does there insurance dirty work goes the extra mile with belittling statements towards patients along with sighing getting loud verbally and neck rolling to go alone with her bad attitude to show just how much she dont care about the patient and this alone makes her qualified for maybe a rap battle but most definitely not for customer service nowhere in no field professionally that is and the healthcare there or lack thereof is a huge problem to go somewhere faithfully for years only to end up worse than when you initially started going and to start feeling better right away two weeks to be exact after seeing a new more qualified physician that corrected and found all of the obvious issues that could have been found by a med student proves this as well so bottom line ifyou truly care about your health and being treated like a human being with respect and not just another insurance policy holder i urge you to choose another healthcare facility and company.

I made multiple appointments for my shoulder which has been hurting extremely bad due to many years of volleyball. Upon calling the office to make appointments at the simpsonville location, i was misdirected because of pure laziness by the people working the front desk. I go to school in Columbia and drove back 3 different times on Fridays to get an ultrasound only to find out that the "technician" wasnt in. Thanks for letting me know ahead of time. Its such an easy thing to check the schedule of the technician and literally the point of the job of being a receptionist. Today I called multiple times to cancel my latest appointment because it was once again put on a Friday and I wont be driving back to pull into the parking lot for a fourth time and receive a last minute phone call 5 minutes before my set appointment time telling me it has been cancelled. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

APPOINTMENTS DO NOT MATTER, just be ready to wait. Other day I had an appointment at 11am didnt get called back until 12:20pm (this appointment was only a follow up) definitely shouldnt of had me wait that long. The nurses have always been nice though
