I have not gotten my results from my test from Terry Verdin. She told me she would be calling four days ago, and I have left several messages without response from her. when you are in pain and waiting for the results of your tests it is discouraging and frustrating to not to hear from your doctor. I feel that it is very unprofessional and unethical to make patients wait for the results of tests especially when they are in pain and paid for a service. A positive is that the nursing staff was very friendly.

I was a new patient, and walked in. Took them 1 hour to get me in even though there were no other patients there. Doctor said my cough of over 1 month was allergies, medicine prescribed has not been helping.
