Florida Medical has a great coverage of doctors and if any specific doctor is not at this location (Terra Bella), you can easily find one close buy. Having all doctors within the same network eliminates the needs of transferring records from one office to another - everything is in the system! Very convenient. Ive been seeing Dr. Paltoo for many years and love her. She takes her time to explain things and always has an answer for me. Very organized doctor with amazing support staff. I also been going to see Dr. Careccia (dermotology) for 3-4 years now and never had any problems with her. She is always the one who sees you, not like other dermatology doctor next to her office who sends her nurse practitioner without a notice. The lab on the second floor and radiology in the same building are very convenient too. So far Ive been very happy with Florida Medical!

I needed to get in for a new patient physical with Ann Clark. Not only was I scheduled for the wrong day while on the phone with "Tiffany" the day of the mix up at 8am when I called to see why I didnt receive a reminder call. Tiffany did nothing to make my experience any better. Made me feel very uncomfortable, upset, and doubted the fact that it was at all possible that she would have scheduled me on the wrong day. Not even a goodbye at the end of the conversation she just hung up on me. I needed a physical done before a pre op which is for the next day. Sorry Ann Clark I heard you were a great doctor, but your front people like Tiffany dont care about keeping your new patients around and I was coming all the way from st Pete just to see her. Ill never come here again.

We are grateful to have all inclusive medical facilities near our home which include several medical clinics and a new hospital/wellness center. We have always had very positive experiences dealing with the staff and doctors at Florida Medical in Land O Lakes. I could say the same about the offices in Zephyrhills and Wesley Chapel. The staff and doctors are always very welcoming, friendly and professional. I would recommend to others.

They have all the different doctors you may need and i personally see 3 different doctora at the FMC but theyve cancelled my apt and replaced it with someone else with out any notice what so ever. Theyve done this several times with several different docs. I get to my apt and they tell me someone elses name is in my time slot. Im guessing the receptionist like to cancel peoples apt to be able to do favors for people they know.

front desk lady Carrie, SUPER RUDE.... I couldnt even finish a sentence. IF SHE WOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ME then this would have been a 5 sec call... instead... Im here writing a negative review on a business that is local and I was hoping to support. God forbid I ask a question...... DO YOUR JOB LADY and part of your job is welcoming new patients..

The staff was polite and eager to take care of you. Im new to the area and amazed at how caring and efficient the clinic is run. Having all the doctors in the same practice is the best thing ever no more requesting medical records every thing is in the system

Staff is easy to talk to and quick to solve your problems. Doctors take their time and act as if they are there just for you. It is almost an all inclusive place to go for medical care. There are very few things they cant provide on-site.
