I have been going to Physical Medicine Center for over a year now, & Dr. Fietsam and his staff are certainly the best of the best. Dr. Fietsam is kind, gentle, he is thorough & he truly listens to his patients as well as being very attentive to our needs with a keenly amazing bedside manner. Katie, the nurse that works with the doctors is truly one of a kind. She is extremely helpful in all aspects & treats you like a person, not just "another" patient. Katie has a kind spirit & she really cares about the patients needs and it shows. She also has a lovely bedside manner... Katie goes above and beyond to ensure her patients happiness, she certainly leaves an outstanding impression. I dont know what Id do without her. Kathy, the office manager is always smiling, & even if Im having a rough day, her smile is contagious and I cant help but smile too. She too, is very kind, & caring, & caters to the patients needs & desires. Katie and Kathy certainly know how to brighten even my worst of days, they both are very compassionate, something that has become very rare in Doctors offices these days. Everyone that works in that office are sincere and always helpful. They are like one big happy family & make you feel like youre a part of, to which Im very lucky... I wouldnt want it any other way. I have referred family, & will be continually referring others to PMC. They are a team of dedicated professionals & I couldnt possibly find another office that provides this type of exceptional service nor would I want too... As I previously stated, they are the BEST of the BEST!! :-)

First off the lady is not a nurse although she pretends to know everything. She has raised her voice to me several times violating the hippa law ore times than I can count. They assume that everyone in the clinic that chooses to take certain medications rather than highly potent narcotics, is an addict. Rather than refer to patients as "tolerant", she had stood over me yelling, "you are an addict" over and over. Katie had no ability to stay calm around patients whom choose to be at their clinic. When you are a patient with 8 clinical problems with your vertebrae the last thing you want someone doing is telling you what kind of pain I should or should not be in. They did not fill in the date on one of my recent prescriptions and when I went to fill it they DECLINED to fill it!!! And even my pharmacist asked to speak to someone OTHER than Katie considering she does not have the proper schooling and degrees she wishes she had. My pharmacist was so upset after talking to her she understood exactly why I am leaving their practice. Its a JOKE. I saw roughly 4-5 different doctors or PAs. Some of which were not even able to fill the level of prescription I needed and had been on. This place made me feel horrible for having been in a werck and needing help at all. SAVE YOUR TIME AND $ AND SKIP THIS PLACE!!! The only nice person in the facility is the lady that watches you cry while she makes your next appointment!

After spending so much time and money trying to find back pain relief, I was recommended to Dr. Lupo by my pharmacist. I was skeptical about the procedure because it was similar to a tension machine, but the comparison stops there. Though Im still in pain I can now do things I couldnt do before, such as shower and dress myself, put on my socks/shoes, and even drive longer. The staff always makes you feel like a close friend. They pray for you and even give advise on other things to help you in your life. They listen to your concerns and I never had a bad experience any of the times Ive gone there. I hope they read my review because Id also like them to know how thankful I am for all the support they gave me. Thank you for everything♡

Dr. Lupo is engaged with his patients on a personal level as well as a professional level. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to meet him. He is also very active in the community and attends a local church in the community. His office is so exciting to visit from the moment you walk in the door. The Staff are always smiling and the decor is so comfortable it just wraps its arms around you like walking into your home. Relaxing, friendly, and stress free. What more could you want to go along with a Bright Medical Doctor that goes beyond to listen and develop a unique approach based on your needs and always has a goal set for complete rehabilitation. I could not imagine the community without Dr. Lupo

I was injured and going to a chiropractor already I had called Dr. Lupos office for hormone therapy. They didnt know I had had a car accident and when they found out I was soliciting them for care of my back also. My present chiropractor wasnt helping me. So treatment with Dr. Lupo ensues he has helped me regain a lot of strength back. I also get an IV every week for the pain its is a full spectrum of nutrients you couldnt get from eating. He also has food allergy therapy to find what foods your allergic to. Food allergies cause pain. I have learned a lot from everyone in the office. They are good people. The business is family owned. I have been going there for three years.

When I went for my consultation with Dr.Lupo, I was so tired of being in pain. I was in pain every single day to the point it was getting difficult to walk at times. Dr. Lupo and Cheri assured me it would get better. For 6 weeks I was on the axiom. This was the best thing that could have happened to me. I would also like to mention that Dr.lupo is the first doctor to take the time to explain what was going on with my back. It has been a true pleasure getting to know Cheri and Kathy; they always have a ready smile. I will continue to recommend this office to everyone. Awesome doctor and an amazing staff especially Cheri.

Upon my first visit to Physical Medicine Center, I was in excruciating back pain like Ive never felt before. The office staff greeted me with smiles on their faces and helped make me feel right at home from the minute I got there. I was treated by Dr. Ramos who was not only thorough in his treatment, but also did an incredible job of showing and explaining what the underlying issues were. If youre experiencing any discomfort and feel like you need some help, this is the place to go.

I am a repeat client who has had only the best experiences both times I have used their services. When I returned after a few years, it was as if I had been gone a week, except for my appearance. I loved the extra compliments on my improvements. Everyone is always so friendly, they make one feel like family. There is a full compliment of services from Chiropractic to Physical Rehab and my choice "body work"!
