Customer service goes a long way. The ladies at the front desk of Jay Care Medical Center have NO customer service. They called my mom several days ago and told her that the doctor needs to see her. They tell her to come in on Friday at 10:15. When we get here they tell us she doesnt have an appointment. She proceeds to tell us that "we cant just show up hoping for the doctor to see her." I told her who wants to go to a doctors office to spend the day just for fun. I told her we have an appointment if someone didnt put it in the computer its not our fault. Then she tells me its not her fault either. Its the fault of the person who took the appointment. As a patient and a human I DONT CARE WHO IS AT FAULT. MY MOM JUST NEEDS TO BE SEEN. Playing the blame game doesnt get us anywhere. Customer service on the other hand does. This is for the medical centers: People go to the doctor because they are not feeling well. They need help. Most are worried about what could be going on in their bodies. Being empathetic, caring, and civil goes a long way. FYI what goes around comes around. Youre human too. Trust me when I say you dont want someone to treat you with disrespect when you are sick.

Went to do my well womens exam and bloodwork a month ago. Returned for my follow up visit and was told that only my bloodwork results were in and that they would follow up with me when the pap results were in, never heard back I called them for dayssss. Finally they said the lab stated that the Dr. Did not swab you enough and they do not have enough and I had to redo. What a disgusting thing to endure as its a horrible and uncomfortable procedure to begin with no hesitation I returned on the 8.26 and did it. Emily (doctor) said I should hear back by Friday no later than the following Monday. Of course that was last weeks Monday and I never heard from them I called alllllll last week and was told results are still not in, I called back today 9.8 and was told all was ok. I lived with the uncertainty of my well being for almost a month and this doctor office did not have an ounce of empathy for me. They lie and do not communicate with patients. This was a total fail on my part for choosing this facility.

People go on these things just to complain. I like this office. No its not perfect for example we went for a fallow up and they had not yet recieved our results of blood work. They tracked down the results. Which took about 45 minutes but they got it. I like the doctors and if people have a problem with front desk staff get a name next time because i havent had any problems yet.

Horrible customer service, the ladies upfront are rude and very unprofessional, they made a mistake with our appointment and try to blame it on us. I dont recommend this place to anybody. The doctors are kind as well as the medical assistants but the 2 ladies on the front desk need to leave or theyre going to continue loosing patients
