soy un paciente y he llamado a este lugar para pedir informacion acerca de una llamada que automatica que he recibido la noche de ayer de esta clinica (llamada automatica de pesima calidad que se escucho entrecortado e imposible de escuchar) y la persona que atendio mi llamada el dia de hoy me contesto groseramente que no tenia ninguna persona que hablara espanol para explicarme ....cuando yo se que en ese lugar trabajan boricuas que hablan espanol ...

Ive personally been coming here for years. Ive always have a very positive experience with both the staff and my doctor. Everyone is always very kind. Yes, they do not allow pharmacies to call in your prescriptions but thats not a bad thing. This ensures that your doctor stays on top of your prescriptions and if necessary, asks you to come in to see how things are going. This shows them you are just as committed to your health as they are. My doctor always does his best to reassure me that whatever the issue is, we will work through it and I always walk out of there feeling better.

Dr. Kumar is awesome! I got sick back in December and he went above and beyond to figure out what was making me so sick. Hes very patient, super friendly, and personable! Just recently, I left a note for him while he was on vacation and he got back to me within 24 hours! I highly recommend him! The ladies in the lab are also amazing! Theyre also friendly and very patient if you have a fear of needles like I do. The lab is also very fast! No appointment needed and they usually take me back within 5 minutes! I always have a pleasant experience when I come here!

Dr. Malibiran is an excellent, thoroughly competent physician. The support staff, however, leave something to be desired. Repeated contact with staff still results in unfilled prescriptions, or failure to communicate medical information to specialists. The office doesnt accept prescription refill requests from pharmacies, so get ready to call on three, or more, instances to insure your meds are ready more than three business days in advance.

Customer service is terrible. Office staff does not communicate with patients well.. Im sitting in the lounge watching everyone go back and my appointment time ticking by finally get up to ask whats up but the front desk worker could barley look away from the tv to give a me an answer and when he did it was a half ass brush me away answer.

Bad bad bad experience, bad service, doctor never there just practitioners, I dont know if that prescription was for me because I got worsegringo the weekend!!! Sad to said "never return a phone call." Follow ups are crazy two to three weeks afterwards. Not recommended at all specially internal medicine, family, Dra.Trzmielinas assistant.
