I feel cheated and lied to my MedExpress. When I entered the building the doctors were quick and thorough. The experience was very professional and I would at the time consider going back. However I asked both before entering my appointment and as i was leaving how much the visit would cost me. I was told that there was no charge for the day and that my insurance had covered the visit. Unfortunately a month later I received a bill for over 200 dollars. I called and was told that they had billed it wrong and that they would resubmit it and that should fix the bill. Later I received the same bill. Surprised i was told that my insurance denied the bill. I then called my insurance to see what the problem was and was told that the clinic never billed them at all. I called the clinic back and they insisted that they had until I asked them to call the company at which point they responded that they had probably billed the wrong address. Almost a year later and they send me a bill for 75 dollars. Although I am tempted to fight this charge I payed it simply to be done with the matter. The doctors were great but a year of fighting with the billing side of this company was not worth a fifteen minute appointment.

This was the fastest and most efficient med care urgent care I have ever visited. My wife and I were both ill and were treated and out of the door in under an hour on 2 different visits. I see some negative reviews, and I understand you cannot please everyone. I have raised five active children, and have been injured doing numerous adrenaline based activities. I am a veteran, and have had care at major medical facilities, Veterans facilities, and private physicians. If you are a patient person, then the care here is first rate. If you are the type who is never happy, then you will not be happy. Final thoughts, if you need minor medical and non life threatening injury care, I recommend this place. Understand that attending physicians change over time, staff leave, etc. All of those factors can change the general feel of any facility, be it a medical facility or restaurant or oil change location. I am on my way there soon, for a twisted knee, bruised heel, and sore toe joint. Yes, Gravity still works.

The first doctor I spoke with was a kook. He tried to treat me for something I didnt even come in for. I had issues with my gi tract, and he tried to treat me for chest pains ?!?!?! Then he proceded to argue with me over my issues. I was advised by the office manager to come back to another doctor, and they told me they wouldnt charge me again, but they did. Also the doctors now have NPcodes with the new health care reform which means nothing to me, but apparently their Dr. Fatima uses an out of state code which means that insurance wont pay. Now trying to battle with Quest Diagnostics and BCBS over this issue. Should have NEVER gone there!!!! Wont ever go back. Go there if you want nothing done seriously!!!!

I woke up with the worst swelling and pain on the left side of my face. MedExpress was my first stop because they took such great care of me when I needed an xRay for my broken hand a few months ago. They immediately took me to a room and gave me tissues (Did I mention I was really upset from the pain and stress of being sick with no insurance?) and I saw a nurse practitioner within 15 minutes. Unfortunately they couldnt treat my swollen face because I also passed out the night before, which I could understand. They went so far as to refund my money for the visit and sent me to the ER for a CAT scan. Great people there, theyll be my first stop if Im ever sick again.

This was the worst medical exam/treatment Ive ever received. I was there a total of 4 hours, and over-prescribed medication. The physicians assistant actually did me harm. I was also told that despite my insurance being accepted, I would have to pay cash. So what would have cost only my $100 co-pay actually cost $180, with a bill to be sent to me for an unknown amount from the lab. They couldnt tell me even an estimate of how much I will have to pay when I get the bill. To be fair the front desk staff was very sympathetic to the obviously terrible care I received from the medical staff.

Ive gone to this place several times and always had a great experience with Ernie, Kim and another girl. My last 2 visits were terrible. The LPN Cheryl and front desk lady Sylvia were very rude and unprofessional. Cheryl asked me several inappropriate questions that did not pertain to my visit. It was obvious she didnt want me to be seen considering it was close to closing time. I understand people want to get home to their familes but being a professional medical provider myself I also understand that things happen and you do what you can for the patient with empathy in your heart.

I was there 2-3 months ago. They asked me why I was there so I described what was going on and that the last several times I felt that way, I had a sinus infection. The doctor was upset with me because he felt I was making a diagnosis and only he should be doing that. He was not a confidence inspiring doctor. His face and eyes had a distant lack of focus appearance. I will refrain from sharing my opinion as to why or what could cause such an appearance. Today I need to see a doctor. I am coughing up yellow-green mucus. I will NOT be going to MedExpress Urgent Care - Brandon!!

Unfortunately I had to give this rating because the HIPAA violations were out of this world. While sitting in a room I heard nursing talking about patients symptoms and even what they were being testing for. Im sure patients dont want everyone to know they are being tested for STDs js smh. The lady that checked me in was wonderful and so was the amazing doctor, she was very compassionate, made sure I understood how to take my medications, even on how to save money with filling the prescriptions.

I arrived right when they opened at 8am. There were 2 people ahead of me. I was seen within 10 minutes! The staff was really friendly and nice. The PA was knowledgeable and kind. He really knew his stuff. They were able to fill my antibiotics right there. I didnt have to drive anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place. Hopefully I never need to visit urgent care again, but if I do, Ill be going back to this place!

I was treated quickly and professionally by a nurse, doctor, and receptionist that truly cared about me as a person and patient. The doctor went beyond a simple diagnosis and ordered an X-Ray and tests that I would not have expected. I was there about an hour total, and I was alone for maybe 15 minutes total. WAY BEYOND what I would have expected from a walk-in clinic. I would highly recommend this location!!

Highly Recommended!! I have been to 3 different walk-in clinics...from front desk to the intake nurse, to the ARNP & X-ray tech...I was so impressed! Not only was everyone pleasant, the service was fast! Being a self-pay patient they all were very upfront about costs that I may face & expressed again the charges before any services were done. Thank you all for the wonderful care of my unfortunate broken nose!
