Jay Care refused to see my mother last week. They were insisting she pay a $58 dollar bill, she did not owe, from two years ago before she could receive medical care. Keep in mind, they had not mentioned this bill in over a year. My mother assumed it had been resolved, since Medicare had sent her a letter stating she was NOT responsible for the payment and because no one at Jay Care had mentioned it in a year! Now, as she stood there, coughing, wheezing and obviously very sick, they denied her service. My advice, find another doctor. You will rarely see an actual physician here and forget even seeing the PA if you owe them any money, no matter how much they have billed and collected from you, Medicare or your insurance. My mother will not be returning.

I have been going to J-Care now for over 4 years or longer. My whole family and I go here. I love the staff and they are great with their patience. The only thing I do say is when you call in you are always placed on hold for a long period of time. I hate that. Louanne is the best. Office is very very clean and they are professional. ♡♡♡♡♡

Ive been seeing Dr Kattan for over 7 years. I used to live in Lkld close to her office. Jay Care has an office close to me in Winter Haven(where I moved 4 yrs ago & still reside); I am (& have been) driving 45 minutes to see her because she is an Excellent Primary Physician!!!

Awful. The three times Ive called Ive been put on hold its been for 10+ minutes each. Not sure if theyre terribly understaffed or just really slow. But a huge pain. Wouldnt continue to try to go here if it werent where my boss chose for our physical and will not be back.

My daughter is developmentally delayed and was always seen by the ARNP. Mindy, my daughter, loved everyone in the office. They were great with her!! They worked around my work schedule as best they could. We never had a problem getting an appointment. We lived them!

Be aware... If you dont have insurance the fee is $70. However, if you do have insurance it is double! Received a bill from them in February and the charges were from July 2015. The doctor I seen, LouAnn is great but their billing is crap.
