This hospital is OK for a small town but overall go to Akron if you can. They are terribly understaffed and they misdiagnose at least 1/3 of the time from my personal experience. One time we got to the front desk of the ER and NO ONE was there!!!! We had to yell three times before someone yelled back Ill be with you in a few minutes! In an ER really??? Good thing I wasnt in critical condition!!!

My mother was having breathing problems and the staff sat in the little office and laughed at her reactions to things. Like an IV and her struggle for air. It was sickening!!! The doctor was so rude along with the parametic who inserted her iv and had an attitude and was so sarcastic.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Their night staff last night (minus the cleaning lady) was awful. They treated me so poor, I felt like a prisoner. I will never go back, even if my life depended on it.

There are literally two people here (including me) and Ive been waiting for a Dr for 30 minutes. Staff is always rude and inconsiderate. This is exactly why I always drive to Akron for REAL care!

Called over a period of 45 minutes and no one has answered the phone. In any dept. Not customer service oriented.
