I went to the ER in Brunswick with chest pains....the doctor stated I had to be transferred to the main hospital for admission, observation. They sent Life Care for transport. My insurance pays for emergency ambulance transport....but the SWGH put on paperwork non-emergency. So now I have a 800.00 bill. Be very careful with transport if you go to ER in Brunswick. I even requested my husband to drive me to main hospital. Doctor said "NO". Very Upset with this process. Linda Straubhaar-Foose

This ER is absolutely terrible. The wait times are WAY TOO LONG! It does not matter what time a day, how many patients there are, your waiting and waiting. It took an hour to just have someone come into the room let alone the doctor. I would imagine that the average wait time has to be 3 hours or more! Wish that the Suma location on route 18 in Medina would still except my insurance. Almost every time I went there in and out under an hour and half

Went to er due to that i had kidney stone . The staff were so rude exspecially the man nurse . He told me not to come back complaining about the pain because i didnt want to pee in a strainer. The doc was awesome if they dont like tgere job dont work in the medical feild . People are scared to go to er and i will never go back there again. I want to be treated with full respect. Lp

To bad I HAD TO give this ER a star just to leave a review. This place has some very very rude and disrespectful nurses/doctors! WILL NEVER COME BACK! I wouldnt come to this place if it were the last ER in the world! Oh & if your in any way having pain, forget it! They treat you like your a drug seeking POS!

I took my 5 year old daughtee there and they took her temp to dicsover i was correct she had a fever. 1/2 an hour later they still had not given her anything for the fever. I had to call and remind them andit still took 10 more min.
