My mother went in to see Dr. Thompson today and her visit was terrible! He refused to refill her medication. He said "You dont need it, so I wont see you." And my mother and I were like "SHE DOESNT NEED IT?!?!?" She does need her blood pressure medication and her thyroid medication etc... My mother is filing a complaint against this doctor, and we WOULD NOT recommend this doctor to anyone! Please find yourself another doctor. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! There was an older Blond haired woman (nurse) that was so rude with me when I was trying to figure out why this doctor refused to refill my mothers medication that she could DIE without. This is a terrible place to go!

My mom went and they treated her horribly. They were hateful and they would not listen to my mom. They wouldnt even give her a chance to explain what was wrong with her and they would not give her any medicine for the fluid behind her ears. People needs a doctor that will listen to them and not judge them. We even had a friend that went here and was treated the same way. Doctors should listen to their patients.

Dr. Andrews is not a good doctor. He refuses to correct his mistakes on FLMA paper work. This could cost me my job. He stated he dont care. Make sure you see him if you want crappy care. Never again will I see him.
