Great service and outstanding treatment!! Ive been coming to Idea Health for 2 months now and I do see and feel my body improving. My range of motion is getting better along with some of the pain I experience on a daily basis. When I first started I was unable to participate in any kind of exercise. My body was tight, muscle spasm out of control, and very miserable. I have a long way to go due to different problem areas within the body , however, I am confident Mr. Maddox will have me back on track. Right now Im participating in hot yoga and going to the gym. I will continue to express my progress on a monthly basis. This is a big challenge for me however, with out Dr. Maddox it could not be possible. Ive tried everything else and nothing worked until I tried going to Ideal Health. I must say you can go to any Chiropractor to get corrected but that does not mean it will help. If you want to see a difference you really need to try Ideal Health Chiropractor. It made a difference but you have to keep your appointments and listen to doctor instructions in-order to bounce back with good results.

Ive had several issues to my lower back, neck, wrists and shoulders that were hindering me from my everyday life to the point I couldnt perform my job efficiently, which is physically demanding job. I also had to quit the gym do to the pain. In a matter of a few short weeks of adjustments the pain had subsided throughout all my joints to the point of being able to perform my job efficiently and I am now full swing back into the gym. It has now been a few months of adjustments and still feeling the progression of getting healthier and stronger throughout my body. Also, your experience at ideal will be very professional, respectful and personable. Two thumbs up.

I had a free evaluation that I received from my gym. Decided to take the offer and see what could happen. Turns out it was the best decision I ever made. I am 26 years old and have had neck pain from lifting. Dr. Mattox helped explain the x-rays and what needed to be done. He also explained some other problems I have that a simple fix would help. I understand some doctors like to "sell" on the negatives, but he doesnt. He truly cares. Later on, I had some tight hamstring problems and lo and behold he knows how to dry needle. The guy is amazing. You owe it to your health to at least check it out. Dont be stubborn.

If youre looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable chiropractor this is the one to go to! Not only is he great at his job, he is very personable and is always engaging conversation. I went to him because of a back injury. He made my discomfort significantly lower through spinal adjustments and dry needling (yes it works immensely!). He was also able to find a problem with my neck, which is much better now and will reduce future pain. Stop living with pain and go see Dr. Maddox!

After six (6) months I have had improvement in my range of motion and the lower back back is almost gone. I always thought I would just have to "deal with it" .. instead no pain killers and feel better all over. Now even my daughter goes and as a dancer this was the best decision ever. I found this office through Groupon and I wish I had found it sooner. They are very thorough and have a wide variety of equipment. Dr. Maddox found things my previous chiropractor overlooked and started working on those. Im only here for a few months but if I lived here I would definitely keep going.
