I cannot sing enough great praises about Keough Chiropractic. I am writing a rather long review because they deserve to get recognized for how awesome they truly are as an office. If you are not up to reading every detail below- in short- If you are looking for the best of the BEST chiropractors look no further! I have been Dr. Keough’s patient since 2012. While pregnant (3 different times), she has adjusted me using the Webster’s technique which has allowed my babies to be in the proper positions so I could have successful natural childbirths. My ligaments were so SUPER loose during pregnancy and Dr. Keough was ever so gentle when adjusting me. She knew just how far to push without ever pushing too far so that I wasn’t uncomfortable after my adjustment. Pregnant ladies - Are you looking to relieve your painful round ligament pains? She’s your doctor! I don’t know what I would have done without her this last pregnancy when I was having so many round ligament pains! Dr. Keough has not only made my pregnancies easier but she has alleviated so many other aches and pains of mine. Before I started seeing her I was having headaches almost daily. These headaches were so strong, I was downing 4 ibuprofens at a time. Since going to see her I only ever have headaches on a rare occasion- usually because I need to drink more. In addition to my headaches, I used to suffer for years upon years with this knot behind my shoulder blade. Before going to Dr. Keough I went to a special massage therapist, as well as 2 different physical therapists to try to get some relief from this knot. Unfortunately, none of those professionals were able to alleviate the pain. And then there was Dr. Keough! I have no idea what this woman did to get rid of it, but all I can say she is a God send! My children have also had so several issues resolved thanks to Dr. Keough. She has always been on top of it using craniopathy when my babies first had trouble latching on while nursing. Next, after just a couple of adjustments my 4 year old daughter has been so much more successful without wetting the bed at night. Finally, I can always count on Dr. Keough to assist with my children’s sinus issues when they have colds. Dr. Keogh is always striving to make improvements and has invested in update after update to her office so that her patients can have the best experience possible! Dr. Keough has even been so considerate and dedicated a room for nursing mamas that would like a little more privacy, (not that she would mind at all if you nursed out in the waiting room). She also has just recently invested in an X-ray machine to better diagnosis her patients when necessary. Finally, Dr. Keough now has a lab professional that comes in once a week to get a comprehensive blood draw on her patients so that she can assist you in resolving your underlining issues. Let me tell you, she has the sweetest staff who never bats an eye when one of my children need attention while I am getting adjusted or on the traction table. They are always happy to hold my baby if she is crying, or temporarily entertain my 2-year-old when he doesn’t want to sit any longer. Her staff cares about every person that walks into her office and it shows. It relieves so much stress as a mama who sometimes must bring all three of her children at one time. Last, but certainly not least Dr. Keough truly cares about and loves her patients. She is such a wonderful lady that genuinely listens. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of properly and get all of your questions answered. Dr. Keough is ever so patient and ever so good at meeting my children’s needs when I come into her office. For example, she has blocked off extra time when I have brought my newborn in for an adjustment just in case I needed to nurse her during the adjustment. I feel like I have won the lottery at finding the best chiropractor. Give Keough Chiropractic a shot. I guarantee you they will blow you away!

I recently started seeing Dr. Mashinter (Ill refer to her as Dr. M). Ive always felt Chiro care is helpful and now being pregnant I wanted to take the extra time to really ensure my body is aligned and prepare for labor. Keough Chiropractic is close to my home so I decided to give them a try. I was really impressed with their office staff from calling to schedule my appointment on through to my first few visits. (Megan at the front desk is really so friendly and helpful!). I like the extra care the office as a whole as well as the Drs place around total wellness. First appointment included a few photos to document my current alignment and then a short video to cover chiro care (helpful if this is all new to you). Upon meeting Dr. M she was friendly, even though she did confirm I had received chiropractic adjustments in the past, she still treated me as a new patient. Explaining details to me and everything she was doing through the initial appt. During my second visit Dr. M reviewed her findings with me and also discussed the care she recommends for her findings. Again she used charts and diagrams to really help me understand exactly what was happening with my body and how she would anticipate the course of treatment over time will help. After my adjustment I proceeded to the therapy area where I laid for about 10 min on a table that rolled up and down my back to set the adjustment I just had done. Overall I cannot say enough good things about this office. Their focus and care for total wellness, including infant and children is reassuring because I know that I can continue my care with this practice one my baby arrives. Lastly, I really like their effort on education. You can find many Youtube videos that are so helpful from Dr. Keough as well as information shared on their site. Its reassuring to know that Ive selected a great place for holistic care!

Keough Chiropractic is more than just a chiropractic office; they are where you can go to ask questions, get healthy, treat your body, and help your children get the best start in life. I learned about Keough Chiropractic back in 2014 and didnt start going until I was pregnant in 2015. The training and extra education these doctors have gone through is clearly above many of the other local chiropractors in the area and something I was looking for. The knowledge level and the safety I felt to be adjusted while pregnant was super important to me and they truly helped me have a pain free pregnancy. I took my daughter to get adjusted at 3 days old and immediately we were able to see a difference since she had torticollis (which they noticed right away) and helped make breast feeding less painful. The staff truly cares about your general well being. Dr Keough and Mashinter are both willing to listen and allow you to ask more natural minded questions without any judgement. THIS is THE place to go when looking to take the next step with your health.

I have never believed in chiropractic care as much as when I came to Keough Chiropractic. I thought it was just for fixing sciatic nerve issues and back or neck pain but its so much more! I learned a ton from their How to Stay Young class and Im impressed that they have classes all the time for a variety of topics. Ive been going to this office for well over 2 years and my headaches have decreased significantly. I no longer suffer from sciatic nerve issues, TMJ, and Ive even been able to stay out of the MDs office and off of antibiotics since everything is adjusted and maintained by chiropractic care. Ive only found this in Dr. Keoughs office. My last chiropractor just adjusted the same way every time and while helpful it was never to this extent. Im grateful for Dr. Keough for changing my life. Any time someone in my path complains about (fill in the blank), I always recommend my chiropractor because I believe so strongly in what she does, how she runs her practice, and her bedside manner. I cant recommend this office enough!
