I love this place from its location to the office space and most especially to Dr. Haupt and the amazing staff! My GSD had been suffering from a chronic ear infection for a year when I switched vets to see if I could find him some relief. Dr. Haupt will never hurry you and her staff will work with your animals temperament, even when it comes to a large German Shepherd who becomes a wrestling alligator when getting his ears treated. Dr. Haupt was able to help my dog by treating his ears, managing his pain and diagnosing an underlying autoimmune deficiency that has been contributing to this ear problem. With a combination of medication, a restricted diet and regular visits, my dog has regained a quality of life that I worried was no longer possible. Highly recommend!

Dr. Haupt and kathy are awesome with rats! Very knowledgeable, gentle and caring. Kathy held and made my rat comfortable while dr. Haupt did the examination. And they gave great advice and did not pressure me into doing anything invasive with my rats lipoma.
