OMGoodness!! Arrived early, I must admit. My appointment was for 11:45 but the long and short of it is... They had me in as a new patient and I was not. He was doing a procedure on another patient, which they did not tell me about until about 12:15pm when I had already been in the room waiting for 17 minutes and counting. I had to leave and insisted they did not charge my insurance since I was not seen. Finally, the office Mgr offered to have me see him 2 minutes before my scheduled ride was about to arrive. I will not use him again and if you choose to use him, call ahead to check his schedule. All they could do was to apologize because Fridays where busy days for him... Gee, I that made me feel so much better. Who needs medications and to be examined when all they have to do is share that little tid-bit with me to make my pain and concerns go away...NOT!! Onto another, more repeatable Doctor since he just joined the practice there!!!!! Ouch!! Still hurting, thanks for nothing Doc!!
