I can only share from what inexperienced in one day of training at this facility. From The moment I walked out my interview a Patient informed me downstairs that its best i look else where for work because she had been coming in for years and never seen a steady receptionist every few months theres someone new. Not only was the receptionist who was suppose to train me left me standing next to her for 20 mins and didnt care to look back at me or anything ,before I was offered a seat by another worker there. She didnt even acknowledged me until she was told too. The manager arrived mid afternoon and didnt even greet me I doubt she even knew my name. I just felt a weird vibe from her and the receptionist like if they were whispering about me. I decided to leave at 3 and when I went To tell the manager to ask what time Should I come in the next day she said " oh no just call or we will call you in the morning" no call so I decided to call and ask if I should go in The next day perhaps but she cut my convo short and seemed annoyed on the phone and mumbled some words and said no dont come bye. So about staff being rude I do agree because thats only what happened to me a Days worth. And how I watched Receptionist talk to patient straight rude.

Las que responde por el teléfono muy amables pero en realidad el servicio es muy flojo lento no se toman todo tan en serio sobre todo algunas recepcionista muy flojas y responden de una manera muy prepotente deberían trabajar con más rapidez y ser más amables con su servicio recuerden es una clínica donde atienden niños y ponerse de acuerdo si no hay médicos o consulta no dar citas es todo gracias

This is the worst clinic ever . the workers are very rude and they all ways busy doing something Else otter then helping customers . they have no idea about costumer service. went I book appointment the doctor never see my daughter on time even if I get there before the appointment . Or what they do is they cancel the appointment on the last minute . so do you child a favor dont go there you deserve something better specially. if you are paying for it
