Ive been going to East Mentor Family Chiropractic for about a year and a half, first for chiropractic treatment for issues i was experiencing with alignment of my upper spine and neck then for therapeutic massage which I am currently undergoing about six times a year. My experience with the office has always been very positive. Dr. Ward and his staff provide a welcome combination of warmth and personal concern for ones overall health and wellness along with a high degree of professional expertise and confidence in treating many kinds of injury and rehabilitation needs. You always feel like they are right there with you along the way. There are a number of options for chiropractic care much closer to where I live, even right across the street, but I continue to drive a few extra miles because of the kind of care and treatment I receive there.

I have been a client of Dr. Wards for nearly 4 years. I originally experienced back problems after being struck by a cement truck from the rear at a stop light. Dr. Ward and his staff helped me work through that tough time as well as re-injuring my back caring for my wife that was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. I first went to see Dr. Ward 9 years ago when I herniated a disk in my back. He had me back to walking a week later. Have been going to see East Mentor Family Chiropractic ever since. Just recently I had re-injured my back but once again Dr. Ward was able to straighten me out.
