WOW! I wish I had read these reviews before selecting Dr. Scharf. To say he has poor bedside manner is an understatement. He is by far the most unprofessional, arrogant and condescending physician I have ever encountered. His staff was trying to help me resolve a discrepancy and error done on their end, which resulted in overcharging me. Dr. Scharf rudely and disrespectably continued to interrupt his staff and versus letting his accounting/administration staff handle the front desk. I have never met such a micro manager. Until now every dentist I know sticks to the area of dental specialty of which they are accustomed. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. The end result was after a degrading argument, he said to me, no hard feelings; I can still do the work. NOT on your life. At the end, he was so wrong, he gave me a check for the over payment I was charged. I feel for his office staffs that clearly, see him as a micro managing maniac who thinks he is right and should only be heard. Thank you office admin staff for your help and assistance. My prayers to you on having to continue to engage with such a rude and arrogant boss who needs to learn respect and that the same 6 letters in LISTEN are in SILENT. None of which he demonstrated.

Excellence, Artistry, Compassion 10 years ago I walked into the office of Dr. Scharf-- within an hour my life changed. A few weeks later I walked out with a new amazingly fabulous smile that I never dreamt was possible. It is difficult to convey how life changing being able to smile is, but I am so grateful to Dr. Scharf for the gift he gave me. The staff was so wonderful and caring, they made me feel like family. In fact now my entire family and many of my close friends are patients of Dr. Scharf, so many of them have benefited from his expertise and artistry. As a parent there is no one else I would recommend. My daughter recently broke a tooth at a friend’s house, Dr. Scharf offered to stay after hours to see her so she would not be in pain that night. He and his staff took such great care of her, it made a very difficult situation so much easier. Within a few hours she was smiling and laughing again.

Dr. Scharf is a true artist! I shopped around quite a bit for the perfect cosmetic dentist before being referred to Exton Dental and Dr. Jon Scharf. He wowed me with his presentation and then absolutely floored me with the beautiful smile he was able to create.. Its rare these days to find people that are truly competent, and so proud of their work. Dr. Scharf is both. His work exceeded even my best expectations. It has been more than 10 years since I first met him and every visit has upheld those high standards. The staff at Exton Dental reflects the same great qualities. Everybody is pleasant and helpful. Equipment, and ethical standards are both state of the art. This is the best dental practice Ive ever had the pleasure of (can you say that about dental visits?) receiving care from.

The staff and the dental hygenists are professional and friendly. On my last visit, I was scheduled with DR KOPECKI who is NOT my usual dentist. He needs to learn some bedside manners!!!! Having never seen me as a patient, he just came in after the dental hygenist cleaned my teeth to do a final check. He never said hi or shook my hand. The hygeniest seemed to feel awkward and made some small talk conversation to fill the air. He looked at the x-rays turned around and never asked me to open my mouth or asked me if I had any issues. He checked around about 2 min and said ok and left. No bye..have a good day. If you go to this group make sure you dont go to DR KOPECKI.

I cant say enough good things about this practice! Everyone here is supremely professional and very very nice. As strange as it is to say, Ive actually enjoyed two recent visits to fix a broken tooth with a crown! At least, it was not nearly as unpleasant as I expected it to be. Dr. Scharf, though a bit rough around the edges (in a charming way), is a true master of his craft and has my complete trust. His dental assistants take the time to ask what you need, make pleasant chit chat, and explain what they are doing. I have never felt rushed, ignored, marginalized, etc. The entire staff should be applauded for being exemplary. Bravo!

I had full veneers done along with tooth straightening. Dr. Scharf and his staff are the most knowledgeable dental professionals Ive ever encountered. Dr. Scharf is a perfectionist and a true dental artist. He takes extraordinary care to make sure the outcome exceeds expectations and is the finest that can be achieved. I heartily recommend him to anyone seeking cosmetic dentistry. HIs office staff is also delightful and easy to work with, including assisting me to reschedule appointments when my schedule required it. SE PA is truly blessed to have such an extraordinary professional in this area.

I have seen Dr.Kopecki for almost 2 years now and he is extremely friendly and personable so I am surprised that someone had a bad experience with him. He is very laid back, which as someone who hates going to the dentist, helps lessen my anxiety. I panic over everything and his attitude is always like "well fix it, just relax". He actually apologizes when he gives the novacaine shot. Ive had extensive work done at his office and he always takes the time to answer questions about my treatment plan.
