Very unprofessional we have been going here for about 3 years at first it was an ok office since we were new to the area. As time went on it just keep getting worse. I always give second chances so i decided to stay. Worst mistake ever, my son had cavities and the Dr. Neena didnt even tell me he had them. When i went to the walk out the receptionist just said see you in 3 weeks, when I asked what for she said for your sons fillings. They did even have the curtesy to sit down with me and tell me. Then my daughter complained that her teeth hurt her because her adult teeth were in and her baby teeth hadnt come out yet. So i took her in, mind you i called 3 days before to schedule this appointment. We waited for over an hour in the waiting room. When i asked how much longer the front desk girl was so rude. Then they finally took us back and put us in the very back room. Where we waited another 30 minutes. By this time i was furious, i went back to the front and said if we couldnt get seen soon I was going to have to reschedule. The front desk girl said ok when would you like to reschedule. She didnt even check to see how much longer it would be. I just left and went back to the room. Finally Dr. Neena came and said my daughter needed the teeth extracted, so i agreed to do it that day. She gave her a shot and tugged and pulled and pried her teeth out, she was so ruff with her but my poor baby was brave. Now my daughters adult teeth bleed and she complains that they still hurt and are loose and its been almost a month since she had her extractions. Please save your self the head ache and find another office!!!!!

When this office first opened I loved it. The staff was friendly and customer service mattered. It is with great disappointment that I recently had to find a new dentist as the result of one of the front desk staff members. I spoke with Dr. Neena regarding the incident and she really didnt seem to care. Whats the loss of only four patients. Its quite sad how dramatically a practice can change due to success. Never forget how you got that success because it may not last forever if you continue to provide the type of service I received.

I have been going here for three years and have always had a good experience. When I had to bring in my newborn son with me, the staff was so understanding and helpful. Now hes headed there for his first ever dentist appointment :)

Can never get ahold of the front desk. They pulled my sons tooth and put a spacer in. Went to get another opinion and they said it was not needed. Nothing wrong with the tooth that was pulled.
