I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my experience. Lasik Vision Institute did exactly what I had hoped, improved my distance vision. The worst part, not being able to wear my contact lenses for two weeks. I chose LVI because of affordability, as I had severe nearsightedness and an astigmatism, It would have cost about three times what it cost at LVI. The staff was wonderful, and wait time was no different had I been in any other doctors office. When I did my homework on LVI, I saw that there were several complaints, ranging from eye pain to refund issues, this did concern me a bit, until I looked at the map of the US, and saw all the offices around the country. This put the number of complaints in perspective. How many procedures were being done every day, and only a few complaints? All I know is that the staff was friendly, professional and did what I hired them to do, fix my vision. The last time I saw this clearly, without assistance from glasses or contacts, I was in the third grade! Thank you LVI!

I couldnt really recommend this place. They closed the office the day of my first appointment without warning. They then made me wait two hours the day of my surgery, only to find theyd forgotten to give me my medication, so I had to wait even longer before I could be seen. Im sitting in an office full of people whove been waiting to be seen for their follow-up for at least an hour. And the woman who took my payments seemed very lost in her role. The surgery went okay, and the doctor amd staff were nice, but they obviously dont care about the patients time. For the $3000 they expect us to pay, I expect better.

When your website says that you are open on Mondays and you have an appointment card in your hand with todays date on it which happens to be a Monday, then you go there and find out that theyre not open on Monday you get nothing but a low rating from me. The surgery was fine follow up at the time was good yearly appointments are iffy. In this day in age with computers theres no reason for me to drive 40 minutes and find the place closed. If youre changing dates you need to contact your patients and let them know that you would need to make a new appointment for them.

Just had my Lasik surgery, and it was really a great experience. The people at this office are both knowledgeable and kind and made me feel very comfortable having the surgery in a matter of just a few days from consultation to follow-up! Dr. Rynerson has really a dry sense of humor, but I liked him too. The only things that I would day is be aware that you will smell the laser burning tissue during the surgery....No one told me that ahead of time and it was quite awful lol All in all, a professional place and positive experience.

I was told from the beginning their could be long wait times including the day of the sugery and follow up visits, but none of that happened. Was seen in a very timely manner each time including the day of surgery. My eyes are still in healing/adjustment phase since I just recently had surgery so the are a little blurry on and off but hoping for that to be just part of it and for them to clear up and be completely awesome !

Please dont go here. Theyre just a factory. They are only concerned about the numbers. I never even met the surgeon until the day of for 5 minutes. Never saw him again. I almost went blind in my right eye. My right eyes vision is now wavy. Its blurry. Please dont go here. They dont care about you. The doctor that I saw wasnt even there anymore after a year I had the procedure. Please dont go here if you care about your vision.
